I have been so impressed! Not only are they thorough and friendly, they are also honest. I never feel like I am being pushed for extra service and they even do a video walk through of the service process and send it to me. I am now looking at buying a new EV here and test drove an option without feeling huge pressure. Car purchases are already hard and high stakes. I appreciate how the team here really takes care of customers. If you want a great experience, work with Sheena!

I like to do my own repairs as much as possible, but there are certain things that the YouTube…read moreschool of auto mechanics just hasn't helped me with, (especially since I don't have I garage full of cool tools, and a car lift). John is a fast, friendly and honest mechanic. He changed my '05 Ram 1500's brake rotors (and, obviously, pads), and a leaking power steering fluid cooler. Even better, he did so in about 3 hours on a Saturday. On top of that that, he did the job for about half of what the Dodge dealer was asking (my wife) for. Also, he didn't try to rip me off with an up-sell, even though the opportunity was there...he correctly identified a few other issues (that actually were known issues). He mentioned these issues, but didn't try to pressure me to have them addressed at this time. The next time I have any mechanical issue, with any of my rides, like Arnold says, "I'll be back..." to Smitty's.
