REI and Nordstrom are better than any other retailer. Their staff must be selected as polite or trained to offer exemplary customer service. Of this type of store, REI is my favorite. This specific venue also seems new, even though it is not.

Sometimes there are a lot of workers to help but most of the time it's hard to find someone to help you. The best thing is the customization area where you can make a custom hoodie or shirt.
