Wow!! What an amazing place! This far exceeded our expectations. We reserved it without going to look at it and it is exactly as they listed in their website. We had a party for our 5 year old on a Saturday. We go in 10 minutes before our party time and the place is super clean. We check in, they take our bags and everything we have for the party (gift bags, cake, candles, gifts, balloons, cold packaged fruit tray). We played for 40 minutes and moved over to eat. The staff is INCREDIBLE!!! Super nice, attentive and they do everything for you! They serve the guests with food and cake. They already have the drinks on the tables on this super cute stand. They have some balloons already on the tables. They have the cake prepped and helped us with candles. They literally do everything! I did nothing! I'm shocked and so grateful for this place. I can't wait to have another party here. No one wanted to leave!!!! After eating we went to the arcade room which is the final stop. After that, they put our candy bags out for the guests to take with them by the exit. These guys have a system down and it is perfection. Clean place and everyone was so friendly. Threw a birthday party here for my daughter and the staff and venue were amazing! They make the kiddos wash their hands before and after playing in the large area, help organize games, group photos, serve food & cake.. and the list goes on! My five year old son liked it. They don't have enough adult seating. A lot of parents were standing up. They do have a separate area for little kids but they still come to the big kid section with their parents... Slowing down the play area of all the other kids which is irritating. Just my opinion. One thing I really liked was a hand washing station right next to the shoe station. read more

My daughter enjoyed it and I only had to pay for her admission. The place was very well kept and clean. There was a small play area for the toddlers and then the bigger one which was the main one. The only complaint that o have was that the staff weren't very attentive or the friendliest of people. I like that they have a hand washing station and a nice place for the parents to sit down; the spot is in great place because you can see the entire play area. Just got back from a birthday party for a friend of my son, this place is perfect for little ones. The ages of our party ranged from 5-10, and they all had fun. I LOVE how the place was private just for the party. Tons of activities things to do, zip line, slides, bridges, big hanging ball like things, perfect to get all that kid energy out! And all for themselves!! The large size of the room, comfy seating for grownups, not to mention the cleanliness was VERY impressive. We then were moved to a back room for pizza and cake, also very impressive size with a kitchen, long tables for kids, and even tables for the grown ups like a restaurant! I suggest this place and am looking into getting a reservation for my own kids' birthdays now!! read more

This place is great for kids of all ages! I have 5 kids (5, 6, 8, 9 and 11) and they all LOVE Safari Run! They have comfy leather couches, free wifi and a coffee machine for the parents. They also sell very reasonably priced snacks. (Where can you buy chips for $.50 anymore?) They have changed their pricing, and no longer charge by the hour. Now you can pay admission and your kids can play until they drop (or you just have somewhere else to be). I'm a blogger and recruiter, so all of my work is remote. I see many trips to Safari Run in our future this Summer. read more

Took a 3.5 and 8 year old and they had a blast! Great activity maze for a good 45 minutes to 1 hour of fun. Great little kiddie area too if you have tiny ones and it allows you to keep a reasonable eye on both the big kid area and baby area too. Must wear socks but not necessarily their socks which is nice. I'm guessing they have workout classes as there were weights...but I haven't looked into it. Great place for little kids under 5. Even my 7 year old had fun. It is a great place to engage with your kids crawling around the obstacles. They do have WIFI and comfortable couches but this is not a place for parents to "drop your kids off" and go about your business. The workers there are not babysitter. We have been here twice, and I was impressed with how clean it was. You have to wash your hands first, so I know they are "germ-free" conscious! Socks are required, and I enjoyed having coffee while I watched the little ones play. There are a few snacks to buy, and there are also couches inside the play area for adults to lounge on. I have a toddler, so this place is perfect for him (there's also an actual toddler area) to run around and play along with my 6 year old. I wish they had one of these in Allen, TX, because I really wanted to hold my son's birthday party here, but it may be a little far away of a drive for our friends in Wylie, so Allen would be closer. The one star is only because my 2-year-old has had some fun here despite the issues, and I've loved WATCHING HER AND PLAYING WITH HER. But to me that's the point of going to a place where you can hang out and play with your kids. Be with them! Watch your kids if you go here because it seems a lot of parents don't believe that's necessary. The result? Bullying, snatching, pushing, hitting, and essentially taking all the fun out of being there...and that's not a place I want to pay to take my kid. I'm not there to supervise and parent other people's misbehaving kids, and I don't like that feeling of having to step in and protect my child from other kids without boundaries because their parents would rather sit in the lounge and twiddle with their phones. The staff also gives off the vibe that they'd rather not be there. Not really friendly, and kind of treats you like a number. We've been here a few times. Not coming back. read more

We recently held our 4 year old's bday party at Safari Run, it went so smoothly and all the kids had a blast. I have been to Safari run for open and play and other kids parties, I already knew what a great job they do and I was not disappointed. The staff is attentive and think of everything. It's really great to see the staff at a kids establishment actually care about their jobs and put genuine effort into ensuring the kids are safe, clean and have fun. Truly a breath of fresh air as a parent to see this. Overall, the best part of Safari Run is the staff, they keep the place incredibly clean and helped organize and run the party room like pros. I was even impressed with their cake cutting skills. I highly recommend Safar Run to anyone hosting a party for their kiddos! read more

This place is clean, has good equipment for a wide variety of ages, and emphasizes hand washing. They do a good job integrating technology into the play place. Comfortable seating and good bathrooms. I have been here three times since they opened and it has never been overcrowded. It's hard to beat an air conditioned playground in the dead of August in Texas! Probably most fun for kids ages 2-5. I think kids will get bored here past age 8. The problem I have with this place is that it looks like single entry/exit point but once you are inside you see it's not really enclosed. There are multiple exit points on the main play structure, and there's a network of hallways kids can access, rooms with doors (some say party room, some say employees only, some have key code entry and others are unlocked) and worst of all kids can access the bathrooms without "getting out" or asking permission. There is even another set of hidden bathrooms in the back of the under 4 area. This means i can't plop on a couch and answer emails for an hour on free wifi. It means I have to make sure that my girl isn't gonna get pulled into the boys bathroom or worse when I'm not looking. Dads crawl up into the nooks and crannies of the play area that aren't very visible from the couches. One of the male employees here told my 6yr old girl she could play with him where no one could see because HE is a 7 yr old boy. She told me this because she thought it was funny/silly but this was a huge red flag for me. read more

The facility is clean and they are so organized that the party went of beautifully. My daughters 4th Birthday could not have gone better. This was a truly fantastic experience! My son absolutely adores this place. It is a fun, safe, and clean place that allows parents the opportunity to play alongside their child. I would of died as a kid to have a place as awesome as this. The giant alligator slide is awesome. My 3 & a half year old can not get enough of it. This place is great for getting the kids up and climbing, sliding, running, jumping, swinging, bouncing, swerving, throwing and bending. I immediately bought a 5 pack of visits after being inside for 5 minutes. I love the fact that they make sure to sanitize the place several times a week, but also make sure everyone washes their hands before playing. They also have an arcade that has a variety of games. They have the classics like ski ball or air hockey or the infamous basketball hoops. They also have some games for the older kids that will keep their attention. Overall, I have spent the summer looking for a safe, clean, fun place to take my son to run off that 3 year old pent up energy and without a doubt I believe I have found the best indoor play yard in Safari Run. read more

Overall a great place for my 1 2 and 6 year old! We as parents have loads of fun crawling around the structures with them too! Pros: *Clean! They emphasize hand washing before and after playing! The structures are clean, well designed, and made of high quality materials. No rips or tears showing yet. Clean private bathroom! *Two play structures. One for under four years old and one for over. This way the lottles don't get trampled on. *Staff is friendly. They play with kids during birthday parties and are available for issues that pop up during open play. *Great for parties. They welcome the birthday kid with thei picture and a birthday wish on the TV screen. Staff takes care of everything, decorations, set up, passing out food and cake, clean up, goodie bags etc... *So much fun! Kids and adults get a great workout and have fun doing it. The structures are large enough for adults to go through with their kids but a sign says they were not made for adult play. Socks required of everyone in the play structures. Adults keep their shoes on outside of the structures in the lounge areas. *Camera in the big kid side displayed on toddler side TV. *Healthful snack options for kids sold at counter and there's a coffee machine for adults. There's also a small area for kids to eat at tables. Again, this helps keep the play area clean but also takes into account that kids get hungry especially when burning up so much energy and provides chairs and tables to take a quick snack/lunch break. Other play places we visit either don't have an area for food or don't provide a place to sit with tables. *Good value! $350 for a one hour 45 min party or $10 for a day of open play. As a thank you for hosting your party, they offer a free open play session anytime within 90 days after the party. Cons: *They changed the catering restaurant to Jets Pizza instead of Campisis. Cheese pizza tasted like fake rubber cheese and slid right off the thin crunchy crust. *There is a TV in the toddler section showing cartoons appropriate for older kids especially when considering the AAPs and commonsensemedia guidelines - no TV under two 18 months and no frills TV shows until 2. And why put a TV in there anyway if the idea is to promote exercise through play on the structures? read more
