Horrible expierence!! And the customer service from the "owner" was even worse…read more I came to this business to purchase some gifts for my dad who was visiting from out of town. The total came to $80, I paid and returned the next day for my items. After picking them up I noticed a couple of days later that my bank account was charged twice. I contacted this business to notify them and was assured of I could bring in my bank statement as proof, they would be happy to correct the situation. So I came back, the owner and another employee confirm my card was charged twice, I showed my bank statements. The owner Stan tells me he will refund me and apologized. I left my contact information in case they needed to reach me. I get a call the next day stating they did not over charge me AND now would like ME...I come in and pay another $80.00 because according to them, "we only charged you once with our really good system that's never had issues. And since we refunded you, we're now out money and would like to be paid" what in the actual F*** is going on with this "business", if you choose to call it that. First off, nothing adds up. If they really didn't charge me twice A. My bank account wouldn't have double charges. B. Why would a company give a refund if there was no error to begin with. Yeahhh.. scammers!! I now have filed a better business bureau complaint for this faulty business that is attempt to steal my $80. And filing a dispute with my bank who CLEARLY shows two charges listed. I'll let them handle the pack of lies coming from this business. I still have not gotten a refund and I am currently out $160.00 for flea market quality travel mug and shirt. Take me word for it, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A BIG BUSINESS WHO WONT TRY TO DOUBLE CHARGE TO PAY THE RENT THAT MONTH!

My clothes did not dry well in these dryers. This place gets 2 stars for the scam of an app they have you use. It tells you you can customize the amount, but then it won't let you customize the dollar amount so you could potentially be left with money in the account that you can't get back. I had 75 cent left in the app and requested a refund and closed account, letting them know I can't come here again (I don't live in the state), but all they did was give me a bonus 75 cents for a laundromat I'll never be able to go to again. Be aware of the CleanPay app. If you don't put the exact amount you need, you won't get your money back, they only credit your account.
