Rhinoplasty Review Issues…read more I am horrified by my overall experience and result. During my consultation, I explained that my main concern was that the tip of my nose appeared too large and round. The consultation felt rushed, but I moved forward with surgery trusting Dr Tyrone's expertise. After my rhinoplasty, I called the office twice while my cast (which was just tape) was on because it felt extremely loose. I offered to come in to have it checked, but the nurse reassured me it was fine. When the cast was removed, it was barely attached to my face, and the nurse even commented that it was the easiest cast she had ever removed. As swelling went down over the next few months, it became clear something was wrong. The tip of my nose remained very large and pointed/crooked and one nostril began collapsing, my nose ran constantly, and I developed a noticeable lump on the outer nostril that did not resolve. When I raised concerns, I was often met with brief responses such as "that's odd" or told it would go away. A steroid injection was done to try to shrink the tip but that wasn't helpful. I noticed that the nasal bones at the top of my nose were protruding outward, causing VERY visible divots along the bridge and a very flat and bumpy appearance across the bridge. The bones that protrude outward are causing an inverted V shape on my nose. The tip of my nose is also noticeably crooked and my nostril look completely uneven. All of these irregularities are very noticeable, painful and very obvious. Instead of addressing the structural and cosmetic issues, Dr. Tyrone suggested placing filler in my nose for $400 to camouflage the mistakes. I obviously declined. I sought out two separate second opinions from other surgeons. Both confirmed that I was left with an open roof deformity and an inverted V deformity due to over-resection of bone. These are structural complications that are noticeable and painful and unfortunately, I may not be left with enough cartilage to fix my nose unless a surgeon harvests cartilage from elsewhere. Dr. Tyrone offered a revision surgery ONLY after I mentioned that I knew I had serious issues going on. He seemed annoyed. Unfortunately, for a revision, he quoted me nearly half of the original rhinoplasty cost, with no assurance of correction. I was told he could "try" to rasp down the sharp edges, but there was little confidence expressed. He said my nasal bones are comparable to a greenstick fracture. He said there's a lot of risk in revision and he wasn't very encouraging as he doesn't offer revisions. Due to financial limitations, I was essentially dismissed. I asked the woman working at the front desk if I needed to be seen again, as I was being seen every 2 months for a check up. I was told I would be seen again if I proceeded with revision surgery. I saved for years for this procedure. I am now left with pain, visible deformities on the center of my face, and no resolution at this time. I wish I had done more research before proceeding. Personally, I would be ashamed keeping someone's money and this be the outcome. Not only that, but if I went through with a revision surgery, I would be paying nearly half the cost of my original surgery. Please take your time, do multiple consultations with different surgeons and make sure you feel fully heard before moving forward with any surgery. My advice, please don't go here.

Dr. Graper himself goes through quite a few patients during his surgery days - My experience was…read morethat he was very quick with determining what I needed (it was pretty obvious, needed some wisdom teeth extracted), and that was it. Scheduled for surgery, total time for the consult was probably less than 5 minutes. His staff more than makes up for his hastiness. Robin particularly was very pleasant and courteous. She and the other staff were very warm and accommodating. They put me under general and I was out in no time, which was good for me since I usually get nervous with these things. (They did a GREAT job with the IV). When I came out I was very surprised that I was in very little pain. The procedure went much better than I could have anticipated. I was back to eating in 1.5 days and off pain meds in the same amount of time. I highly recommend following the post op instructions very carefully. Graper institute comes highly recommended for wisdom teeth extractions. Shout out to my ride.

Two major complaints about this dental office though: 1) My appointment time was 8:45am. I was in the waiting room for OVER THREE HOURS. 2) Robin was seriously unprofessional and was incredibly standoffish. First, she never sent my scripts over to my pharmacy which was an issue since I was supposed to start the oral rinse and antibiotic three days prior to surgery. (Wondering if maybe my oral bacteria count would be lower now if this wasn't the case or my recovery would be easier???) Then, when I went in for my follow up, I was being prodded at with equipment and apparently spit a little water up during the water pic part and Robin literally said "disgusting". She then proceeded to tell me how difficult I was under the anesthesia and how I kept moving around. First of all, it's not like I was consciously trying to inconvenience anyone... I was asleep. Second, I didn't ask so these impertinent comments made absolutely no difference towards my recovery instructions which was the reason for my appointment. This really hurt my feelings since I had expressed how nervous I was about anesthesia and was proud of myself for being fairly normal after. Bf said I just kept thanking everyone after. These comments have made me very reluctant to come back for the sake of being judged in a medical setting. Horrible bed side manners.

As a result of this doctor's aggressive approach, I am left with visible scarring, hollowness, and shortage of skin in eyelids. I am having to pay out of my own pocket (almost $10,000) t to have skin grafts so that I can close my eyes. I have not been able to wear eye make up since the surgery due to it getting into my eye and burning. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. This doctor uses a cookie cutter (one size fits all) approach to surgery and does not take individual characteristics into consideration. I also have vertical scars sfrom face lift outside of my hairline that are visible as well. Run the other way.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!…read more Rosenberg performed a breast implant removal... en bloc and lift.- Jan 2021 My truth is: *** I was never contacted by him or anyone from his office to see how I was doing after surgery. ***The bottoms of the breasts looked horrible. One had an indent and both looked square. I had to find another surgeon to revise them. I would not trust Rosenberg to do a revision. ***The areolas look jagged and are too large ***They were not helpful with providing information to submit an insurance claim (submitting it on your own...not through them) ***He knows how to be a salesman and uses the line that he will treat you like his favorite Sister. ***When I went back to him and showed him the bottoms of the breasts, he wouldn't admit that they looked bad, he just said. "You're not crazy." His awful way of acknowledging without admitting. PS) I have been in contact with several women who also had their implants removed and are not happy with their results by him. I would not recommend this office, or more specifically Dr. Kerr, for newborn tongue or lip tie…read morerevision after my 5 week old's recent visit and procedure. Dr. Kerr initially stated he felt there was no need for either procedure. As a mother who breastfed my first child through an oral tie and subsequent revision, I was adamant that my newborn had an issue that needed correction. After "speaking with a colleague" he returned, reluctantly offering to perform the procedure on my child despite telling me it would be the first time ever done for this reason. (Which is frankly untrue and demonstrates his lack of furthered education on correcting oral ties.) Less than 24 hours after my daughter's upper lip frenulum was released, breastfeeding has become 100% pain free. The figurative "icing on the cake" was Dr. Kerr's passive aggressive placement of the summary portion of a single webpage he printed from the internet next to our paperwork. This printed page came from a website that cites ZERO peer-reviewed medical journals backing their claims. Dr. Kerr and his unnamed colleague are claiming expertise in a field where they are touting outdated information and lacking furthered education. After seeing my child's pediatrician again today we were encouraged to seek a second opinion about the posterior tongue tie Dr. Kerr overlooked yesterday at our appointment. We will not be returning to his practice, and I encourage you as a parent to do the same for the sake of your child, your breastfeeding relationship, and their future oral and speech health. The office itself was clean, staff welcoming and friendly, and the wait time was short which is why I'm giving 2 stars rather than zero.
