Ashley, who prescribed me tretinoin which helps with fine lines, acne, and just overall boost in my skincare had great bedside service where I ended up scheduling my botox appointment for mt masseters. She gave me a run down and left the floor open for any questions. I also didn't like wearing my hair back because I hated my face. I've had dermabrasion, many microderms and FOUR laser surgeries to improve my skin. All of those procedures yielded NO RESULTS!!! Dr Sadove said he would not do laser on me because it doesn't work on skin with deep acne scars. Some of those procedures were over $2500 and I looked like a burn victim for over a week to only have my face look exactly the same. What a waste of time, money and emotional hope. Today my skin looks 80% better thanks to Dr Sadove and his team. I would also like to complement his new aesthetician Robina, who is marvelous!!! There is a shower and sauna along with mirrors and vanity to prep yourself for post-relaxation adventures. Spa Royale's relaxation room is expansive. Unwinding officially starts for me when I get to put my feet up in one of their loungers with a hot cup of tea, mixed snacks, and/or flavored water (changes weekly). Their facials are heavenly and their massages are legendary! While the Grand Indulgence is luxurious, I would actually recommend the Himalayan Salt or Deep Tissue. The Grand indulgence and 90-minute facial are similar with the them massaging your arms and feet with body butter followed by warming mitts. The Grand Indulgence also adds an invigorating scalp massage complete with warm oil (Note: your hair has never felt so soft and vivacious... but you may not want to go to a 5-star restaurant dinner after). All their therapists are experts in their craft- a special shoutout goes to David! What I especially appreciate is their privacy and professionalism. Unfortunately, over time things changed when we started getting booked with the owner, and the overall experience and vibe became noticeably different. Not sure if she's just not a people person, or if it's some sort of complex, but her overall bedside manner is non existent. Every appointment got more awkward, and rushed. Whenever we asked questions, instead of feeling listened to or educated it felt like we were being talked at and dismissed. As clients, we don't expect someone to always agree with us or tell us what we want to hear. We DO value professional guidance and education, but there's a difference between providing expertise and making clients feel unheard or uncomfortable for asking questions. We also noticed a pattern where she kept pushing different products than what we originally came for. And I get it, part of the job is informing clients about options, but the way she did it felt forceful/hostile rather than informative. After repeated experiences like this, it genuinely started to feel as though we were not the type of clients she valued or wanted to work with. If that's the case, I think it would be better to be upfront about the type of clientele they prefer rather to making people feel unwelcome over time while still taking their hard earned money. The last straw for us was just a few months ago. After years of booking here, we had a real emergency and had to call and cancel last minute. And instead of a standard courtesy message or an email (like most established businesses do), she sent a personal angry text to my phone. It came across more like a threat than a professional policy reminder. It's really disappointing, we stayed for years, hoping things would improve, because we had such a positive experience in the beginning but we realized that every appointment left us feeling anxious and uncomfortable than confident. And that says a lot. I'm sharing this for future clients: results matter, but so does feeling respected and safe in the process.

I have huge dents around my mouth that will never go away. No midface to speak of and no volume whatsoever in my lower face. I have orange peel skin, thousands upon thousands of holes that have been branded into my face starting from my forhead hairline all the way down to my jawline. I DID NOT have that awful texture before. I also did not have huge dents and lumpy looking skin where there is nothing but scar tissue underneath my epidermis. My dermis was severely damaged by this woman CHRIS SIMMONS (verified by the dermatologist) and Dr. Brill allowed it. I have scarring EVERYWHERE, stamp marks in my skin where some areas are raised and are square to rectangular ALL OVER MY FACE thanks to CHRIS SIMMONS. Do NOT LET THIS WOMAN TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH ANYTHING. I have absolutely no temples left and the melting of fat even went up the sides of my forehead, actually reshaping my forehead to be much narrower which is horrifying. That will NEVER COME BACK and it's been 3 years!! She also burned my forehead and neck with a TCA peel, and the scarring is now white, so a true chemical burn. When I voiced my concern he said he had spoken to her and that "she went too deep" with the peel!! WOW This woman CHRIS SIMMONS is in the business of destroying faces and lives. Then after I told Dr. Brill I had seen a dermatologist for a second opinion on what was happening with my skin (which was literally getting worse and worse every day) and I told him what the dermatologist said which was that at my age when the skin is thin I should NOT HAVE BEEN allowed to have 5 RFMN he started yelling and shortly after he discharged me from his care!! Abandoning me after having been a loyal patient for 16 yrs. Now my entire face is just SKIN and BONE. DO NOT LET CHRIS SIMMONS TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH ANY TREATMENTS.
