I have been going there for approximately 20 years and feel like family. I am so comfortable with my aesthetician, Cici, that I let her choose which facial is best for me at that time. My usual treatments are brow wax and tint, a 90 minute facial and dermaplane. My recent 90 minute facial with Cici felt like I was on a week of vacation instead of just a 90 minute relaxing session. I also didn't like wearing my hair back because I hated my face. I've had dermabrasion, many microderms and FOUR laser surgeries to improve my skin. All of those procedures yielded NO RESULTS!!! Dr Sadove said he would not do laser on me because it doesn't work on skin with deep acne scars. Some of those procedures were over $2500 and I looked like a burn victim for over a week to only have my face look exactly the same. What a waste of time, money and emotional hope. Today my skin looks 80% better thanks to Dr Sadove and his team. I would also like to complement his new aesthetician Robina, who is marvelous!!! I have had many facials in between all this stuff and I've never had my face looks so young and fresh as when I walked out of her facial. I couldn't stop staring at my skin!!!! I couldn't believe it. Please know how classy, kind and professional this office is. In addition Dr Sadove has great manners and kindness for being amongst the elite in plastic surgery throughout the world.

I have been here for a facial, extractions, and now masseter botox for my jaw clenching. Lauren, who really helped with some congestion I was experiencing along my jawline from hormonal acne was very thorough and detailed in her process. Ashley, who prescribed me tretinoin which helps with fine lines, acne, and just overall boost in my skincare had great bedside service where I ended up scheduling my botox appointment for mt masseters. She gave me a run down and left the floor open for any questions. Honestly, the botox appointment was so fast I was very impressed. 2 weeks later, I have had very minimal clenching in my jaw and will definitely be back in Ashley's chair by the end of the year for my touch up. I've heard about Ziba during the 20 years I've lived in Gainesville but never felt inclined to visit until recently. I'm so glad I finally did. The service was quick, she was incredibly friendly, and she genuinely understood my whole eyebrow journey. We even laughed about why it took me so long to come to her. The threading didn't hurt like other places, and she was so precise. For $25, it truly can't be beat. I even told her she should charge more, but she explained how she tries to stay mindful of her clients and the cost of living. That alone says so much about her character. I had booked tinting too, thinking I needed it, but she was honest and told me I didn't. That level of integrity is rare. I walked out so satisfied with my brows, and I'll definitely be coming back.
