We just hired Sadie's Catering for our non-profit fundraising event The Sweet Tooth Ball in support of Bridgercare. I cannot say enough good things about Sadie. First of all, her food is amazing. Truly, truly delicious, fresh, flavorful in every way. She came up with a fantastic menu for our International Valentine's theme and accommodated our request to set up different food stations throughout the venue. Her lovely staff freshly prepared each dish at their station for our guests, which received rave reviews, as well as the overall presentation of the food and -of course- the TASTE! Second, she is an absolute joy to work with. Sadie is very warm and genuine and super quick to respond to inquiries (which will save you a lot of time if you're planning a huge event). She and her staff are extremely professional, but you can tell they have fun together and are a great team too! I worried about nothing during the event, having complete confidence that everything was handled. Third, she goes above and beyond. Aside from her food being a very reasonable price considering the quality, she also added special touches everywhere, allowing us to use her water stations, coffee cambro, her plates, etc. She did this to support our charity event and give back to the community, which makes me love her even more. Truly, she is a unicorn among caterers - When do the stars align in a way that bring together this level of excellent quality food, top notch professionalism and an owner and team who are such a pleasure to work with? Sadie catered our wedding on June 24th this summer and did the rehearsal dinner the night before. I had known I wanted to work with her since I tried her amazing pulled pork recipe back in October for the Montana Bridal Tour. My husband has the highest standards for food and obsessed over getting the sauces and ingredient quality just right. Sadie knocked it out of the park. Our guests were raving about how amazing the food was. Here was the menu for the wedding: Starters Chef's Cheese Board and Charcuterie (ahhhhmazing assortment of local meats) Sun-dried Tomatoes and Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms Tuna Tartare in Wonton Cups Dinner BBQ Beef Tri Tip with Montana Mojo Grilled Harissa Boneless Chicken Thighs Peach and Arugula Salad Caprese and Greens Grilled Asparagus with Pecorino Bread and Herb Butter When we did our tasting, she brought out one of my favorite bottles of wine and cooked each course right in front of us. We spent almost two hours talking with her and getting to know her, especially how she developed such a love of food. The best part during the wedding was that she made plates for me and my husband and brought them to us through all the excitement of the evening to personally make sure that we got to enjoy the meal. We are the owners of the Springhill Pavilion and have had Sadie cater several weddings, rehearsal dinners and brunches out here in the past few years. As vendor owners of an historic dance hall, we take careful note of how well the caterers pay attention to not only providing excellent service and food (with a positive, stress-free attitude), but how well they comply with being careful with the buildings and grounds, since there is most likely another event the next day. Sadie's Catering is truly above and beyond in all categories! She is creative, charming, organized, helpful, and solicitous in all of the above-mentioned categories, and is one of our very favorites. The diversity of her abilities in the kitchen are just outstanding. When we see she is doing an event, we KNOW that the guests will be thrilled with her food, staff AND presentation. Invariably they will comment to us that she and her staff are delightful and that the food is beyond delicious. She served a bison chili at a brunch just last weekend that was to die for! Many of her menus can include gluten-free items, and they are very tasty as well. She has also catered for our daughter-in-law's department at the hospital, and the feedback there was 5 stars as well, so we feel confident in saying that no matter where she caters, it will be done exceptionally well. She will always go above and beyond what is expected of her, and makes sure everything is cleaned up before departing (which is huge for a venue operation)! Due to unexpected circumstances that left us without a caterer, we reached out to Sadie just three weeks prior to our Big Sky wedding. From the first phone call, Sadie was attentive, responsive and a delight to work with. She was open to working with an existing menu which we'd already created, flexible with our tight schedules and her food is hands down some of the best we've ever had! We met with Sadie for a tasting in her amazingly clean commercial kitchen just a few days prior to our wedding and this is where we fell in LOVE! Sadie's attention to detail, genuine care and love for food and entertaining is apparent. My husband and I were blown away. We instantly felt at ease and knew we'd made the right decision. WOW!!! Let's start with my first encounter with Sadie. I was a wedding coordinator on 8/21/16 in Bozeman, MT, and so I worked closely with Sadie that day to make sure that the food was on schedule and ready to go when the bride/groom and guests were. I was blown away! I had never (and still have never) had better catered food. I would have paid for that meal in a restaurant. It was presented in such a beautiful way, and it was as delicious as it was tasty. I knew I had to eat her food again. Then the company I work for had some big-wigs in town and upon my recommendation we hired Sadie to cater heavy finger food for them. WOWSER again! Just fantastic, lovely and delicious!!! Our employees got the treat of eating the remnants of what was left from that event, and everyone was impressed. Then I had the opportunity to personally hire her for a catered dinner of 27 in my home for a very special celebration 3/26/17. One of my dearest friends ate the salad and looked up and me and said "Yuuuummmmmm." Yep, that's one word for it. I told my friend - "Just wait for what's next." Sadie's Catering was the caterer of our wedding in May and we couldn't have been happier with them! As soon as we had tasted the food, we didn't have any doubt that our families and friends would love it as much as we did. Even months later they are still raving, especially about the Barbeque Beef Tri Tip with her homemade Bourbon Orange BBQ Sauce and Crème Fraiche Garlic Mashers. Sadie catered our wedding at The 1915 Barn this month and I am completely blown away by her attention to detail, her staff and her kindness. The food was out of this world and I was so pleased at the quality of everything presented and enjoyed every bite. She puts her heart into her work and it shows. I should mention that while my husband is from Bozeman, we live in another state and Sadie and I coordinated the details by email alone and nothing was lost in translation. We touched base by phone a week or so before and I made a change by adding on appetizers and she totally rolled with that and helped me make some choices. Weddings can be stressful, but Sadie's calm demeanor and superior attention to her clients let you chill out and enjoy the event. All I can say is wow! Sadie and her crew are amazing people not only that create amazing food but they are so incredibly easy to work with. They catered our wedding last weekend, and we had a pretty decent sized crowd. They were so organized and didn't miss a beat. This May-we rented the 1915 barn (perfect venue for any type of large celebration) for my son's graduation from MSU. It was pretty intimidating to plan with a caterer from Denver but Sadie made it so easy and I can' say enough about how wonderful the food was. Sadie was gracious enough to let my son and a friend drop by and sample some of her wonderful food which sold us. Sadie and Jody came into the house-set up, served, cut the cake, cleaned up and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I also want to say her salsa is some of the best around and I have spend a lot of time in New Mexico sampling salsas. You can't go wrong with Sadie's!! My wife hired Sadie's for my 60th birthday celebration. Here are some words to help you understand her food: yum, unique, tasty, unusual, excellent, flavorful, perfect, and the list goes on. When I make salmon, we think twice about eating it after a day or so as it can start to get a "fishy" taste. Tonight we finished up leftovers of Sadie's salmon- 3 days after the party. We used Sadie for our wedding. We had a small wedding (about 50 ppl) held at our house. Sadie was truly passionate about making our wedding spectacular though the food she served. Everyone RAVED about the food and some even became excited on their way into the house when they saw her truck (I must not be the only person in love with Sadie in the area!)
