The barn is charmingly old but very clean and well-maintained. The grounds are peaceful, gorgeous and impeccably manicured. Dan & Nancy are warm and welcoming people and will see that you are comfortable and well-cared for. This is not an all-inclusive venue, but they have a number of excellent local caterers, florists, etc. that they can put you in touch with. Danica, their daughter, was our event coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly to make for a perfect day. The backdrop for the wedding, which was outdoors, was the Bridger Mountain range and made for a nice setting and outstanding pictures & video. Now for the lodge. Wow, our jaws dropped when we first saw it. A large and beautiful log home that we stayed at, just steps from the wedding barn. Several family members stayed with us and we all had plenty of space and privacy. A fully-equipped kitchen, basement billiard table, and TLC decorating touches all make for a cozy place to spend time. You could rent the lodge separately if you wanted to stay there and enjoy outdoor recreation or winter sports. You will NOT be disappointed.

Staying for only one night is tragic, and I might cancel our 5 star hotel anniversary celebration last day of vaca splurge stay next week when we fly home just to stay here again. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Price is a little bit high but I think that's everywhere these days right but so worth it. Little bit of street noise but honestly nothing to really mention but I didn't hear any neighbors, not sure if that is the usual or not but I was extremely satisfied and happy and hope when we return I have the same experience. We scheduled a 6:00 AM catering delivery to Ridgeline Aviation (BZN) for a private flight…read moredeparture. The delivery time was confirmed in advance. We were physically inside the FBO at 6:00 AM as scheduled. The facility has full glass doors and glass walls, and there were no other vehicles in sight at that hour. The driver later stated she arrived at 6:00, knocked on a door (the building was dark), waited only a few minutes, and then left to complete other deliveries. We were inside the facility the entire time and did not see anyone attempt delivery. Given that the building is entirely glass and clearly visible from outside, it is unclear why she would leave without making proper contact. No call was placed upon arrival, and we were not contacted before the driver left. For a confirmed, time-sensitive 6:00 AM private aviation departure, there is really not any excuse for failing to ensure contact before leaving. For someone who flies often and regularly coordinates early-morning FBO services, this level of miscommunication is surprising and should not happen. Additionally, there was no meaningful apology offered -- just an explanation that they had other deliveries. To their credit, we were not billed for the missed delivery. If you are booking early morning FBO catering, I strongly recommend confirming precise entry procedures and requiring direct phone contact upon arrival.
