Everything, from the charcuterie, to the roasted vegetable, to the beef tenderloin was absolutely exquisite. Sarah is very professional and easy to work with, responds very quickly to emails or texts, and was very patient with me and my questions. Her staff is very professional and sophisticated also. They were very attentive yet unobtrusive throughout the reception and were super helpful with all the details of a wedding reception beyond even the catering-specific duties. I would hire Sarah and her staff again in a heartbeat and hope to have a chance to work with her again in the future.

To top off the fabulous meal, Liz and her staff were exceptional. With gale force winds & rain causing the cocktail hour to be disrupted, Liz just morphed into serving dinner without missing a beat. We wanted to make sure our family had a great meal after the ceremony and reached out to forage and fire. They were wonderful to work with. We planned the menu and they allowed swaps from different menus to create our dream one (my husband wanted the bison meatballs but I HAD to have the Burrata from a different menu, and they accommodated!) Jackson sent us wine recommendations and we were all prepped for our day. Jackson & Chef Javier arrived right on time and prepped our meal. The food and service were both phenomenal. We never had an empty drink or a dirty dish in front of us. The food far exceeded our expectations and the team left the kitchen cleaner than when we arrived. The elk strip made my parents a little anxious when they heard about it, but they spent the entire rest of the trip amazed at how wonderful it was. Chef answered questions about ingredients while cooking. They were gracious and lovely and we are so happy we picked them for our special day.
