From the start she was responsive and professional to work with. We did a tasting with her prior and found this helpful as it brought an absolute wonderful menu together. Highly recommend!

Emily and Maria are both so helpful, and adjusted things along the way to ensure we had exactly what we hoped for. It was a destination wedding, and while we did a tasting on one of our trips to town, everything else had to be managed from afar. They could not have been more excellent in assisting with this. We love food, and plan whole vacations around restaurants to visit, so it was important to have outstanding food at our wedding. FFT really exceeded expectations in this area. It was customized for us, felt local and fresh, accommodated several guest's serious food allergies, and was just as good at the event as at our tasting. We heard from so many guests that it was they best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Honestly, we ended up paying a touch more than I'd originally expected to pay for catering in Bozeman, but it was worth every penny. The service was stellar. One very sweet server brought out a tray of glasses of ice water to our family photos when it got unexpectedly warm. They pulled a small plate of each item from our cocktail hour cheese board to ensure we would get to have a taste despite our photos. All of our china rentals were spotless and set up perfectly for return. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors, and even though we didn't have an event planner, every interaction I had with them night of made my wedding experience better. Thank you, FFT team!

You can tell when you talk to someone how much of a foodie they are and Robin was exactly that, he took our Wedding Taco bar to entirely new level. So many guests told us it was the best Wedding dinner they had ever had, and we would have to agree. On top of that Robin and his staff were super down to earth people that care so much for the people they are serving. They even gave a brief introduction of the menu to our guests, which I have never seen before, and so many people loved that he did that. It set the tone for just how good of a meal was about to be served. Would choose this group over and over again, couldnt recoomend more.

We went off of Doug's suggestions for the best dishes on his menu within our price point, (chicken picatta and ginger rubbed pork loin) and they were both excellent. Being the bride, I didn't have too much interaction with the crew the day of- however my 'day of' wedding coordinator told me they did a fantastic job. The interaction I did have was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly and professional. Doug made the catering aspect of our wedding one of the least stressful parts of the planning. We got married last week with about 80 guests and people were raving for days after the event about the delicious food and wonderful staff! As a Seattle-based bride, I was a little overwhelmed with planning a wedding in Montana. Ryan's operations manager, Cary, was so easy to work with, it really gave me peace of mind that our party would go off without a hitch... And it did! Ryan's menu was really thoughtfully planned -- it included a couple appetizers (the lemon-artichoke phyllo cups were divine!), a salad, and four flatbread pizzas. All of the pizzas were great, with a couple of more traditional pizzas (tomato sauce with housemade sausage, etc.) and a couple of gourmet "foodie" type pizzas (chive bechamel sauce, bacon, corn, etc.). The desserts were strawberry shortcakes in mason jars and those were fantastic too! Even the old orange Chevy truck fit in perfectly with our casual/rustic decor! The staff was very friendly and great at keeping our drink tubs, glassware, silverware, etc., replenished. They handled everything you as a host don't want to have to worry about and everything went smoothly. Mark and I couldn't be happier with how things went!

Right off the bat I already felt like I was an inconvenience for asking them to call me back so that I could pay them to provide us with food... I was interested in getting a quote for my wedding of 120-130 people which would include passed hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, a dinner, and then late night pizza. They told me it would be at least $20,000 and asked if that was within budget before they spent time drawing up an actual quote. I told them it was a bit higher than we were looking to spend but perhaps we'd like to have them just do the late night pizza truck option... I was again told they don't have the time. They then emailed my fiancé back telling us they don't have any services to provide us that would fall under $10,000. Would never recommend these people to anyone and will go out of my way to share this horrendous experience with the rest of the people I work with. Thanks for nothing more than a miserable experience. If you want to come off as a bunch of pretentious money grabbers, you're nailing it. Disappointed I worked so hard to get a hold of these people and was excited about potentially working with them.

We wanted to make sure our family had a great meal after the ceremony and reached out to forage and fire. They were wonderful to work with. Jackson sent us wine recommendations and we were all prepped for our day. Jackson & Chef Javier arrived right on time and prepped our meal. The food and service were both phenomenal. We never had an empty drink or a dirty dish in front of us. The food far exceeded our expectations and the team left the kitchen cleaner than when we arrived. The elk strip made my parents a little anxious when they heard about it, but they spent the entire rest of the trip amazed at how wonderful it was. Chef answered questions about ingredients while cooking. They were gracious and lovely and we are so happy we picked them for our special day.
