Two were Justin's artwork, designed after consulting with us: a griffin launching off a rock in the ocean (took 3 hours to tattoo), and a set of specific flowers (magnolia, sunflower, borage, and chamomile) growing from a port scar (1 hour). One was created from custom artwork of our own (30 minutes, and it came out completely true to the original drawing). I won't lie, there are varying levels of pain involved, but Justin put us at ease and helped us get through it. And it's totally worth it. Our 17yo kid found devotion, having searched extensively for a shop with talented artists and impeccable safety/hygiene practices.
