We wait until Sunday afternoon to walk on the deck and look at the final product, for our surprise the concrete on the drain was all cracked and collapsing, there were cracks on different areas of the deck and the paint was all uneven around the pool, we called Connors to come and check the situation, he came couple of days later and promise that this time he will do the drain different way and the right way, and he will be painting around the pool and fix the cracks. He installed a drain net on top of the ditch but multiple pieces attached unevenly to each other, the ditch is to big for the net, there's cracks still on the deck areas, we called him and again he offer to send back $1,050.00 for the drain A company is charging us $2,250.00 to fix this mess. We want at least half of the money back to have this done the right way, NEVER trust reviews this Company is 5 stars but they 3 reviews over supposedly 10 years of experience, definitely friends and family rate.

Then we booked with them and paid a starting deposit. Later, they came back saying we only got $3k approval did we still want to proceed. The fence was going to be $16k so getting a $3k loan made no sense. So we told them to forget this, and refund our deposit. They refunded the deposit and said they 'closed the job'. but they failed to say that the financing company already paid them out the full $3k, they pocketed the rest and threw us under the bus to deal with an invoice of a fence never installed. Now we have monthly invoices from Green Sky financial. Saying we owe on a $3k loan that we never took, for job that never happened. Superior fence just dumped all of this on us, saying its now our problem. We are furious and are working on legal action currently. Very unprofessional. Very rude. We would never recommend this team if you are thinking of installing a fence.
