After comparing online reviews, pricing, responsiveness, professionalism, and BBB ratings, BFARR Roofing stood out in every category, making them our top choice. From the very start, the process was seamless. BFARR kept us informed with regular updates on material delivery, the start date, and more. We were particularly impressed with Shane Emery, our BFARR representative. Shane was exceptional in communicating every step of the permitting process and other preparations necessary for our project. On the day the work began, Shane initiated a group text with the production manager, project manager, and sales manager, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Throughout the entire project, Shane provided us with regular progress reports, shared photos of the work, and met with us daily to discuss updates and address any questions we might have had.
