We've have these machines and have had them for a while but no one knows how to use them" . "All we have is regular coffee". While I don't blame anyone for not having a fancy coffee area, when your looking for coffee and the map says the closet is "Ellie's Coffee", it was very disappointing to not have what you thought, by the name, any other coffee but "black".
