This review is for the Sabrina's in Oakbrook Terrace. This gaming establishment in Oakbrook Terrace is a miserable place to play. The new girl working there is a PEST. She's obviously ONLY looking for tips. If you get a fever game she practically runs into the room to be nosy and hope that she gets a tip out of it. She'll mention the amount of money you have on the screen. She somehow doesn't comprehend that you have to put money in the slot machine in the first place and then you usually lose before you win. If you have any amount of the machine she thinks you won it. You can go into your pocket five times and keep putting money in, but if you have any amount shown on the screen she expects a share of it. She'll come in the room, where she's not even supposed to be, and just stand behind you and watch. Nobody wants her doing that, she's trained not to do that, yet she does it. Even after complaints to the manager she still does it. She's always aware of who put what in each machine because she's nosy. She's also a liar and a trouble maker who has chased away business. The manager isn't any better because this girl has been reported by more than one person, yet she remains working there. People complain about this to the manager and to other players, yet it happens. Also, I've seen an older lady get served too much alcohol and literally fall on her face when trying to get in her car. She bled from her nose in the parking lot. She was smashed and they let her drive home. After the incident of falling on her face, as she left she jumped the curb with her car. Had she killed herself or someone else Sabrina's would have been sued due to a girl over serving the lady. It's full of unsavory people, including one older man drinking beer who came up to me as I was playing and whispered in my ear that he thought I was beautiful. Yuck. Nobody needs to be bothered by a drunk older man breathing his rotten breath in your ear while you play, especially at the time where we don't necessarily want people talking in our faces. The employee knows exactly how much cash I have in the machine but isn't there to stop people from bothering others. Another customer was pounding on the machine and swearing loudly with every spin he made for an hour. That too was very annoying to everyone else in the room but that was allowed to happen too. The place is a hell hole. Too many other places to play where they don't bug you and make you uncomfortable and players aren't allowed to bother other people. If I could give this place a minus one I would. It used to be nice, but the employees and the manager are running the place into the ground and I will NEVER go there again. I wonder if the owner knows what's taking place. If not, I feel sorry for her or him. read more
