Every time I felt excited to see a game and start playing, I would look over my shoulder to see another classic. I took photos of the ones that brought back strong memories of playing with my cousin at the bowling alley or the 7-Eleven, at the camp grounds and at the hotels, and even at the casinos when our parents were hitting the slots. $20 unlimited gaming is a steal for what you get here. I have no complaints. There are bathrooms in the back as well as a coat rack. There is plenty of space to feel comfortable taking your time. While there is no food, there are drinks available and they allow in and out privileges with your wristband. My wish would be that they find 720, the skateboarding game... Paperboy, and Crazy Taxi, and add them to the lineup. Also a few more shooters from the 90s, as those were quarter guzzlers that we could never finish with real money. I've been here twice and will be back again soon!

What finally arrived was a semi-cold, burnt pizza (pictures attached), while none of our other items ever came out. When we requested a refund, the manager first said "no refunds." About 15 minutes later, he returned with a refund receipt, saying it was the best he could do. I understand they were extremely busy, but this isn't the way to operate an establishment. You prepay for your food, seat yourself, and then servers wander around aimlessly checking table receipts with no real system or direction. They're clearly in need of table tracker devices or better organization. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing that kept this from being an even harsher review was Mathew, who was genuinely kind and tried to help. Without him, my experience would have been much worse.

Our party was at the bowling lanes. The lanes are available per hour. While bowling our group ordered some food. The food was standard for a bowling alley. Not great but not the worst. The place is a nice size; it wasn't too overwhelming for the kids. The biggest ride they have for the older kids is the tilt-a-whirl. If you have kids who are a bit older, then they would enjoy this. My son liked it but after too many times his stomach was queasy. The roller coaster called the Congo Cruiser is also a big hit, but be cautious. It is not a smooth ride, which had my younger daughter hesitant to go on a second time. They have a bunch of arcade games as well which are always fun. There is a Carousel, and Bumper Cars, and a small climbing inflatable. The highlight for me was the Pizza. It was very delicious, and we didn't wait very long considering how crowded it was. All in All, this place is good for kids about 6-10 who are able to experience everything. If you have younger kids; this may not be the best option.

From what I saw, it looked like Pinstripes could easily accommodate several large gatherings happening at the same time without feeling too noisy or crowded. Even with a good number of people enjoying different events at the same time, service was still quick and friendly. The food here was also delicious. All the different fruits and vegetables that I tried here were fresh and colorful, and I really appreciate the extra effort they put into good presentation throughout the buffet. This gave me the feeling of enjoying a nice brunch on a more luxury line of a cruise boat. In particular, the carved meats and various stations like the waffle, omelet, and chocolate fountain stations really stood out. Not only were the items here delicious, but it really gave this brunch a more premium feel and was great for fun pictures with all the customization options available. Overall, great event space with a great brunch option available. I'd like to return here another day to try some of the activity options and try more of their dining options.

In addition to playing mini golf, you're trying to solve various riddles at each hole to solve a mystery. I was hoping the prize for solving would be more interesting than a sticker, but it was still a pretty good time. I'd probably stick to Puttshack next time I wanna play mini golf, though. For the escape room, my boyfriend and I did Mystery Manor. With the additional price of unlimited hints (I think this helped), our price for two was around $100. I thought it was pretty expensive, but after the experience, I do think it was pretty worth it. There were many nuances to the escape room, which included various rooms and additional spaces you unlock by solving each part. At the end, they offer to take a picture for you and give you a little envelope to open (if you get out). Overall, positive experience! I'd return for the escape room.

The location itself is very wonderful. I grew up coming to this place for birthday parties with my friends. The location to this day is still very organized, clean, and friendly. As for the laser tag itself, they did recently upgrade their guns and they are awesome. I love the shield mode and all kinds of new features. I do have criticisms though that should be addressed: 1. As a regular client, the location is starting to get boring. People know all the secrets, all the lights, all the traps, etc. Can you please consider changing the floor layout every so often to avoid tedium? 2. The decorations inside the arena are starting to show their age. They all look great, but a lot of them are no longer functional. I think upgrading the decorations in the arena would be awesome. 3. The "towers" are a really cool addition to the laser tag games, but the blue tower can be guarded very easily. Unlike the red and yellow towers, there's only two entrances into the blue tower and it can be almost impossible to get points taking it down if two good players are camping there guarding it. 4. The obstacles are barrels and walls. I think it would be cool if the arena had more variety including different shaped barriers or more things to avoid. 5. There's 4 interactive shootable lights around the arena. I think it would be really cool if there were more of those to shoot at. 2 of them turn on lights, while 2 of them just give you points. Overall, LaserX of Addison is wonderful and I'm so happy that the location is still open. I am just on the fence with the upkeep of the arena. The laser tag system is great, but the arena itself does need some improvements. There's not enough updates to keep people wanting to come back to see what's different.
