It seems like Grand Victoria is on a path to improving the overall experience in gambling. They…read morehave added a bunch more slot machines when you initially walk in, something that was once dead space and felt like you were walking into the abyss of losing money. It now feels brighter and a little more lively. They've also moved the customer service desk and it's no longer hidden by slot machines, but it is weirdly placed behind the elevator. I don't think there was anything in this space previously. I wish there were better food options here - the fast casual option is just ok.. I honestly would not pay to eat here again, the prices do not justify, especially after gambling for a few hours. The slots have drastically improved in the last few months, way more of the new machines instead of those poor slots that were on their last leg. There are the occasional machines that have a sticky button or a chair that has seen better days, but overall, I think this place is on an upwards swing.

Dealer put 4 threes on the table and told me that I could not use them because they belonged to the house and there was no way that I could win so I should fold my hand so I did just to find out later that I could use the 4 threes and would have won the hand. Contacted the casino and was told that they were not going to do anything about that. Needless to say they have lost a customer for life because I can not frequent an establish that I can not trust

Not a cheap spot to host a party or special celebration, but this is one of the spots I'd choose to…read morehost because of the total offering here. That is, this spot has an enormous amount of parking, is located near tons of other food and shopping experiences people can visit beforehand, there is everything from bowling to arcade to laser tag available, and the food selection is a bit better than going for the cheaper venues. One of the differentiators for me is the quality of the arcade games -- that is these are high quality, newer, and larger than what you'll see at most venues -- with the next closest comparison being more upscale bowling alleys. These are well maintained and having all of these available in a single venue is convenient for a memorable event experience. Also, having a wide variety of different food and activity options helps to provide larger groups with a variety of things to do, many picture experiences, and the flexibility of different people arriving at different times, as there is more than enough staff to accommodate a surge of attendees.

Our party was at the bowling lanes. The lanes are available per hour. While bowling our group ordered some food. The food was standard for a bowling alley. Not great but not the worst. The entire time we were there were very loud announcements for birthday parties that were going on. After bowling, we went and played in the arcade. The prices were incredibly high. For a loud and unruly atmosphere, I will not be returning to Main Event Hoffman Estates!

All I can say is WOW!!…read more Dale you were INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone is talking about the music and saying it was the best - most fun and most danceable music ever!! You and Amy were so prepared and organized and went above and beyond to know who we are and what we liked before the wedding. That truly came out in the music and the event and we cannot thank you enough. Even during the hora you reassured me that "I got this" I was so scared but you definitely helped me get through it and it turned out AMAZING!!! The lighting- countdown- streamers-logo- and the way you MC and keep the night moving. All of it was just fantastic!!! I would recommend YazzJazz to anyone - they are just amazing.

The DJ (Dale - an extreme professional at his craft) not only provided musical contributions, but also served as the evening's MC who kept the whole evening right on schedule! Everyone was too busy dancing and having fun to worry about when it was time to cut the cake, when it was time for the first dances, when it was time to do this or that - but Dale kept things moving! MEANWHILE, never once was the dance floor empty because of Dale's excellent song selections! Additionally, Amy Yassinger was in constant contact with us from the beginning planning stages right up to the service and reception. She was available to us throughout the entire process as well as the day of the wedding. I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative of Amy Yassinger and the services provided by Yazz Jazz Music and Productions! 5 STARS!
