Last night I found a food truck downtown, Arepaso de Orlando…read more They are open Wednesdays through Saturday nights at Washington and court basically across from Gringos Locos. They have only 3 items: Venezuelan Arepas Ham and grilled cheese sandwiches($7) Colombian hamburgers The Arepas($5) are filled with either shredded beef and cheese or chicken and cheese. The photo on their menu shows crappy American cheese but that isn't what they put on it, they use a white shredded type cheese. The Arepas themselves are white but not really sweet and they cut it in half to open it up like you would a pita and stuff the ingredients inside. They have 3 sauces in squeeze bottles you can put on as much as you like. Garlic sauce, Tartara and a Spicy one. I asked him a few times what peppers were in the spicy one but he just kept saying chili. All of the sauces had a similar white consistency but my fav was the garlic. The spicy one was good too but it wasn't very spicy just a little. I didn't get to try the other 2 items but the Colombian guy working there said they were really good. They also sell soda and water, go try em out after you have danced your booty silly and are wasted out of your mind, then they will taste like heaven in your hand. He said they usually stay open until about 3:30 AM #OrlandoFoodTrucks

It seemed to be pretty popular tonight - I saw a number of people ordering from it and I overheard some people talking about how good its food was tonight. Thankfully, this truck is relatively close to where I live (according to Chris R.'s review, it's downtown), so maybe I'll catch it sometime. I did buy a soda here this evening and the employee I talked to for a moment was friendly. The food looked and smelled delicious!

As happy as I was about the delicious food, I was very sad that happy hour was over at 7 pm. When you enter, the first thing you see is the bar, which is where happy hour occurs. There were two incredible bartenders who were working tirelessly to get everyone's food AND drink orders. It was so impressive. There are many options with gluten-free modifications. The montaditos have meat on bread, which can be subbed for meat on cucumber slices (I had zero faith at first, and they turned out phenomenally). The patatas bravas are gluten-free but I'm not sure about whether the fryer is GF (not a factor for me). The pintxos are all GF. The servers are pretty knowledgeable, but it is best to check with a manager. Bulla gets crowded so make sure to get there early and snag a spot. Will absolutely be back. Don't you dare take my spot at happy hour.

Our server was nice, but he talked a little too much. He spent about 10 minutes giving us a review of the menu. I've had him before and he did the same thing. While appreciated, it makes the experience a little uncomfortable. He also had some difficulty splitting our checks. We ordered the pan con tomate, Patatas Bravas, the blueberry and ricotta pancakes and the breakfast paella. All of which were good. We did ask for the pancakes to come out later, but they came out first. Overall, it was a good experience and the food was good.

It's basically a 12 inch sandwich that comes with grilled chicken grilled steak, lettuce, tomato onions, and a cilantro style sauce with a little bit of mayo ketchup, which was toasted and served with an order of french fries was unbelievable and it was only $13.99 My wife went and ordered a meal called a 911 basically what it is is fried chunks of pork with grilled chicken and Mofongo with also a couple of pieces of toasted garlic bread, which she could only eat half the other half she had to bring back home that was only $19.99 this man's restaurant was highlighted by Guy Fieri show "Triple D" about five years ago and I see why.. excellent food and service goes along long way.
