There is also a counter that has onions, cilantro, hot sauces if you wanted more on your food. Overall, the service and ambiance was excellent! Definitely going back when we plan another family trip.

My husband and I are both gluten-free so I requested corn tortillas with the two fajita dishes that we ordered. When the food arrived home, we realized that there were flour tortillas, not corn as requested. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know. The gentleman who pulled our ticket while I was on the phone said that it did not say corn tortillas - nothingelse, put me on hold and I ended up hanging up. I ordered the Texan fajita, which is a combination of steak, chicken and shrimp. It was flavorful, however, the steak was inedible. There were several pieces of grizzly meat that I could not cut with a sharp knife. Needless to say, I pretty disappointed. The story should end there, but I happen to be in the same strip mall as the restaurant today. So I decided to stop in to speak to the personally. In my conversation with the manager, it was revealed that this was the person I had spoken to on the phone. I politely told him about the steak in this fajita. I was not looking for a refund a coupon or anything like that. I really just wanted him to know so that he could make sure it did not happen to another customer. Instead of apologizing, and asking me how he could resolve this issue, he went on to defend their product, " we have many customers order this dish, and no one has ever complained". His response is why I am writing this review. He obviously did not learn that the "customer is always right", even when they might not be. At the very least he should have apologized and offered to make sure that it did not happen again by speaking with the kitchen staff. Based upon our experience, this will be the first and last time that we will eat in or from this restaurant.

The dining area has 4 four seat tables and 4 two seat tables. The menu is quite extensive. We ordered the Carne Asada platter and the Carnitas Burrito. Both were fresh, tasty, and authentic. I had the burrito - it was huge with rice, beans, sour cream, and carnitas. The Carnitas had a crispy texture that elevated the burrito experience. Delicious! Lots of parking in the strip mall location. I took off 1 star due to the unisex bathroom at the back of the restaurant.

The menu is ridiculously massive and…read moreincludes over 150 taco combination options, but I like to keep it simple and ordered the classic street style tacos and a horchata and my husband ordered the Menudo soup and the house margarita. I am embarrassed to say that my boys haven't quite embraced Mexican food. Both love chips and salsa or guacamole and queso and my youngest will eat a deconstructed taco, but when it comes to loaded nachos or tacos they tend to shy away from even the simplest quesadilla. The kid's menu offered the typical kid friendly dishes like chicken tenders, pizza and hot dogs. I'm not sure what the white sauce was that accompanied our chips and salsa, but it tasted extremely acidic and possibly rancid so we immediately pushed the mystery sauce to the side. We ordered queso and guacamole to go with our chips and salsa and both were fantastic. The queso had a slightly spicy jalapeño kick and the guacamole was super fresh. The salsa was so good that my husband asked to purchase a container to bring to our hotel. My carnitas were loaded with salty braised pork, diced raw onions, fresh cilantro and accompanied with a lime wedge. These tacos were so simple, yet so delicious and horchata was perfectly spiced with cinnamon. My husband's soup looked like it had been simmering all day and my husband said it was nice and spicy. I stole a sip of his margarita and it was very tart and refreshing. As expected, the kids meals looked gross, but my boys were content and had already stuffed themselves with chips and salsa, guacamole and queso. The atmosphere is extremely casual and the service was very prompt and friendly. I'm so glad we found this restaurant on our drive to Bethany Beach!

The chicken was finely shredded, the pork was in small pieces, and the beef looked like chopped slices. I ordered them to go and they came in a box with a small container of the hot sauce. None of the meat had any flavor. I was expecting the pork and beef to have been marinated - they both were incredibly bland. The chicken had some type of very mild seasoning. None of them were savory or spicy. The sopes were barely warm and soggy. I tried to eat them in the parking lot but the sopes just flopped as I picked them up. There wasn't a lot of meat. The meal was mostly cheaply shredded lettuce and sour cream. There wasn't enough hot sauce to make it even a little bit spicy. Each sope had one small thin slice of avocado. I would never order them again for that price. Even if they were only three bucks each, not worth it. When she handed me the bag and it felt really really light for three sopes, I knew I was doomed. The store has some great items - lots of great snacks and drinks. Plus pantry staples, household items, and some soccer things. Maybe I caught them on an off night, but this was a total disappointment.

The amount of trash they produce must be outrageous. House margaritas were very weak and too sour for my taste. Queso fundito was queso poured on top of a small scoop of ground beef. We asked for a spoon (got plastic in plastic wrapper) so we could stir the meat up into the queso to actually get some on the nachos chips. They should have done that before serving us. Ok, so the chips were good - warm and crispy. I had a bowl with chicken tinga. It was ok. Husband got 2 tacos. For a quick cheap meal, people might like it.
