Our old house (1937) kept surprising us with plumbing problems, and after years of unsatisfactory service from various plumbers, Flood Brothers were recommended to us, and it was a game changer! In the many years we've used them, they've done everything from major safety work underneath our house to fixing a clog in our sink. No matter how big or small the job, each time they do a job, it stays fixed! They are meticulously clean, thorough, caring, honest and explain each job completely before they begin. The price they quote is the price they charge, and they provide video of the work they do. They are absolutely magnificent!

Ultimately the problem was fixed in a timely manner. He quoted me a fair price and was wonderful to work with and in communicating. However, I wish his employees were a little more respectful and competent. After the first day of repairs, they left my side gate (exposed to the street) wide open. And then after the job was completely done, they hammered the old cast-iron pipes into several pieces on my yard so they could throw them in my trash can. The next day, I found my grass littered with cast iron pieces. Giovanni offered to come clean it up himself, but I had to clean it up by myself before my gardener arrived.

My kitchen sink was backed up with all sorts of gunk that no human beings have ever seen. Obviously the 1st person I called was Steve. 11 am next day Steve snaked the line, replace my corroded sink flange and baffle. I also asked him to check and clean my outdoor drainage line since my dogs often use it as their bathroom; he honestly let me know it didn't need servicing, no upselling at all. The price was incredibly fair and probably lower than most. During the installation of the flange, the one I bought was too short for my deep sink setup. Steve drove 28 miles round trip, on a Friday's traffic in LA, to a specialty plumbing supply store to source the exact part needed to finish the job perfectly; no additional charges. To top it all off, he left my under sink cabinet cleaner and neater than it was before starting. We had a plumbing emergency and Sam showed up quickly, got the job done, and best of all - they even cleaned up after themselves, which other plumbers never cared to bother with. As I've mentioned in my previous review, in the past, I've gotten quotes and been price-gouged by other plumbers. Now, we don't waste time and just call Sam when there's a problem. He will explain exactly what's going on and ALL of the options available - not just the most expensive one (which is what the other plumbers did). Also, he and Luis were so patient - I'm handy enough to be dangerous around the house and technical things fascinate me, so I like to ask a zillion questions. They answered each and every one of my questions patiently and succinctly and didn't get annoyed with me. At least, they didn't seem to be, hehe I honestly hesitate to write this because we kinda want to gatekeep Sam and his team, hehehehe, but they're the kind of folks that do such a great job and are so HONEST that in the end, you want them to get all the clients, support, and business they can. We cannot recommend these folks enough. And no, we still haven't gotten the gumption to remodel our bathrooms and kitchen yet, but when we do, you can bet that Sam and his team will be the folks we call to help with the plumbing.

He's both analytical and methodical. He took his time to evaluate the situation, clearly communicate the work needed, and identify any potential issues. After work began, Patrick found two large roots growing in the drains that clearly needed to be addressed. He and his crew opened the concrete, replaced pipes, and even added new drains to help with the upcoming rain. He knew I was on a tight budget and found creative solutions to keep costs to a minimum. Being a woman with next to zero knowledge of plumbing, I could have been an easy target. I'm grateful for Patrick's honesty, kindness, and patience, even as I picked his brain on other trouble areas of my parents' home and my own home, with no promise of additional work. I never felt rushed to make a decision or given false promises. I even came out of this whole experience with a better understanding and appreciation for plumbing! Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. I am so grateful that I found this plumbing company that did an exceptional, excellent job for both my bathrooms, and my garbage disposal in my kitchen. Since my landlord didn't want to pay for it, we paid $800.00 out of pocket and I deducted from our rent. It was a mess, now everything is fixed, looks nice and clean. Shout out to their secretary too. She gave us an estimated time and date and both guys were in front of my door 10 minutes prior. 10/10. Open 24/7 for our convenience.. Thank you, highly recommend to those, who are looking for great, knowledgeable, professional plumbers such as 911 plumbing..
