When we asked about a payment plan, the office managers refused and shamed us, saying we were "taking care away from other patients" because she couldn't pay thousands upfront. They also tacked on extra fees instead of helping. This isn't care -- it's predatory billing that leaves vulnerable elderly patients scared to seek treatment. We've since filed formal complaints with the Maryland Attorney General and the Maryland Board of Physicians for potential upcoding, repeated billing, and discriminatory conduct.
