The threading was perfect, very exact and beautiful. Fast, good price. I would definitely recommend eyebrow threading here. I knock one star off for the location inside this salon. The other salon people weren't exactly a picture of kindness. I walked in a man looked at me like "uh can I help you" and I indicated that I wanted to get threading done. He said "well you're gonna have to wait, she's already threading someone else", which she was. So I sat and waited. While I was waiting, another lady from the salon came out and asked me if I was waiting for threading, and I said yes. She said "you're gonna have to wait for her then". I started to get the feeling that they were annoyed that I was there for threading instead of their salon services. Throughout the entire waiting period and threading, the salon staff were talking very loudly and somewhat unprofessionally, taking personal calls on the phone and such. Suffice to say the salon impacted the atmosphere of the threading, but the threading was worth it.

The shop is small and only has Isabel as a stylist (or you can see Anita for threading or waxing, too --the two ladies share the workspace), so I would recommend calling or making appointment ahead of time to avoid not getting seen/disappointment. Isabel is kind and is a great conversationalist. It's great caching up with her about life. She does remember her clients as well (I know this because she mentioned specific info about me everytime I stopped by!). She even remembered roughly the last time I stopped by her salon too! Prices are really reasonable for a haircut (she does shampoo my har before the cut, too). I know she also offers coloring too but I've never done that yet with her. Overall, highly recommend Isabel and I plan to continue going to see her as long as I live/ remain in the Boston area.
