We live in Orlando, so had to communicate a lot with Franco to hold it for us until we drove down in our previous car. He was super responsive and kept us in the loop the whole time. When we arrived, Franco took us on a test drive of the car and then we sat down to sign papers. He didn't try to tack on extra fees or pull a bait and switch- he gave us exactly the price discussed. Beyond that, they are a Carmax partner and were able to quickly figure out the value of our trade-in vehicle. It was a higher value than we originally thought, so yay! They don't pick up their extensions... you must leave a message. The AI dupe is quite good... almost believable. But I questioned some staff when I was actually at the dealership and found out that indeed, she is AI. After trying to reach a live person for almost 2 hours, I was finally connected to "ALEX" or "ALEXA" the AI woman. This is a TERRIBLE idea and of NO HELP. Should be discontinued immediately!!

It appears they're only limited to simple replacement of parts and not "true" mechanics.
