We had 4 kitchen windows and two custom sliding doors installed: A team came to our house (from LA area) around 10:30 am and they were done by 5 pm!!! These dual pane windows are energy efficient, easy to open and close, and very attractive. The sills are enclosed! No more fly traps! Also; they put base board finishing trim around the sliding doors and we didn't even expect that. There were (of course) some challenges changing the old 50 year old windows to the new ones, but the workers were amazing at figuring out what to do and getting it done correctly. The estimate and initial process went very well, but things went really poorly thereafter. I needed…read more3 doors replaced and I was sort of rushed into decision-making throughout the process and details were not maintained (which way the doors opened; certain finishes on the hardware weren't honored, either). Halim would call me to several times within a 10-20min period to get a decision on doorknobs... I was told I'd have time to review my options but there were only ever one or two and I had to make a decision on the spot-- not ideal. Most importantly, I wanted to get these doors replaced because we live in an old house and the frames were off, leaving gaps in some corners. I wanted that to get addressed and ensure an airtight seal on all doors. This was emphasized in conversation and Halim promised he'd take care of it. Literally NONE of the doors are well-sealed. There are visible gaps and, when we got our house power washed, water EVERYWHERE. I called and texted Halim a number of times about the visible gaps and he either didn't answer or said he'd try to get someone out later when projects were nearby... but he never followed up. I'm super disappointed and DO NOT recommend this contractor.

I met Dennis and hired him and his team to do the job. They were in and out in a few hours and left no evidence they replaced the windows. I sold the house 7 years later and had no issues while I lived there. They use anlin windows and I saved so much money on heating and cooling. Fast forward to 2026, I needed some windows replaced in my new home and luckily Dennis still had the same phone number and they came in and replaced some windows in my home and did a great job as usual. The guys navigated around my newborns sleep schedule and again left the house very clean. I'd recommend them if you're shopping around. Dennis is a great guy and communicates very well and is honest.
