Personal note-they have Dr Pepper which I like, and you can collect coupons for those amazing huge rice crispie squares. This has been our favorite restaurant to take out for a picnic or birthday party or just sit, relax, and enjoy any time of the year.

And to make it easy on people that tend to shy away from not knowing the protocol at a new place: the menu can be found online somewhere on social media I believe, and stays mostly the same, but you need to actually go there to see what it is exactly for that day. Cash only, you walk up and order and wait. Each sub comes with choice of chips or drink, and it's something of the honor system with grabbing your chips/drink and checking out (which will make more sense when you see things for yourself). Don't expect to deal with exact change in coins or anything. Kind of treat it like lemonade stand rules - good people just round up to nice even increments and say thank you.

After heating up a third of the rack the bark came to life and was tasty, thick and sticky. The ribs were very meaty/tasty with that nice pink smoke ring but not very Smokey. The rib meat was moist and pulled clean off the bone. While there I bought a package of jalapeño meat sticks and a Czech beer from 1842, Pilsner Uequell imported it says. For a liquor store doing Bbq I'm giving them 4 stars because the ribs were good and they use meaty racks and at $16.95 for a full rack it's a good value.
