I am even more angry that you guys ripped us off for $150 for essentially doing nothing. . . less than 10 minutes & no work. I had another company come this morning, & my system now works. The 1st comment made was my system was not wired properly. . . that would be Finzel's responsibility. 2nd, your system needs 6 wires to run properly. 3rd - they ran an 8 wire line & connected 6. . . properly, I now have constant cool air. PS - IF you had any honor whatsoever, I'd get the $150 back just for the fact that the initial work was incorrect. Yet, I will not hold my breath. What I will do is leave a terrible review. I have been using Finzels for a few years now. I love working with small companies that take pride in their work. They have replaced my entire HVAC system, hot water tank and does an annual maintenance on them as well. This past week, they replaced my chimney liner, and brought my dryer vent up to code with the proper connections and materials. I also had them replace the bath and dry vent exhaust hoods on the exterior. They did a fantastic job. I'm very OCD about how things are done, I require neatness and perfection. This company never fails to provide that to me. I have very high standards and they never fail to meet them. I find their prices to be reasonable for the quality of work they provide. They don't horor their warranty. The water heater they installed is always wet. They charged me 150$ to say it is perfectly normal.

The heat exchanger was cracked on our old gas furnace and we called in Finzel's Heating to do the replacement. We ordered a high efficiency Trane furnace at a very good price. The three man crew, of Alex, Ty and Derrick came out, exactly on schedule Friday morning and by 1:00pm I had heat in the house. The crew was very professional and kept my house clean. The installation, to be honest, is much nicer than the original installation was. Beautiful duct work and major improvements in the humidifier, they also raised the furnace 6 inches off the floor. I must say that I am a very happy customer and will be using Finzel's for all future maintenance. Thank you so much guys for making it easy and being so professional. Owner/founder is the person who gives qoutes and also the person who runs the install. I liked that. He went above and beyond on the install, reworked the duct work as needed (included in price). He was on time, clean, and courteous. He was everything you'd want on a install. He also happened to be the most cost effective as well which really put the gravy on the mashed potatoes. I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. They showed up on time to install my new furnace and A/C. The three gentlemen that did the installation were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I could not be more impressed. They cleaned up prior to leaving and made sure I understood how everything worked. Being a senior citizen, this was very important to me. Furnace Igniter went out on a cold Sunday night. Scott left his home and opened his shop and sold us the part. I broke (don't ask) the new igniter and 30min later he met us at the shop again. Our Home central air was blowing but not super cold air. I called 2 other heating and cooling companies to be told it was the Freon and would cost me $500 or more. I then called Finzel's and talked right to the owner. He asked me a few questions regarding my unit and based on what I told him, he didn't believe it was the Freon. So I made the appt for the next day. The Tech arrived at the time I was told, Plus 1, he was very nice and explained what he was going to do, Plus 2. He then went to work, Within 15-20 mins he came to the door to give me the news. He smiles and said it wasn't a major problem and that it won't cost us an arm or leg. Plus 3. He went on to tell me it was the condenser which is one of the cheapest fixes. Plus 4. When he handed me the bill, I had a big smile on my face. Plus 5. I was in search for a company that could come and look at our heating system in the warehouse. I called a few companies in the area and they were not taking new customers. It worked out well for us. I ended up calling Finzel's and received prompt and courteous customer service over the phone. They were upfront about the lead time being 1-2 business days before being able to come out, I was pleased they didn't just turn us away. Steve showed up and was ready to get to work. He did a thorough inspection of our heating system attempted to fix somethings without having to replace the control panel in order to help save us some money! He was efficient in using his time as they bill hourly and was informative about why he was unable to get the system to work without replacing a part. Within a couple hours our warehouse was warm and toasty again. I would use this company for commercial and residential purposes based solely on the fact that they did NOT try to milk the clock just because it was a commercial property. These guys are amazing! My central air went out on one of the hottest days of July and they came to my rescue. I called them around 9:30 am and they said they would be there in about 3 hours which they were. Scott was very professional and informative. He assured me that they were not out to take advantage of anyone. Scott and Al came to my house and identified the issue within about 5 minutes. The price to fix it was extremely reasonable and they tackled the problem quickly and efficiently. They offered advice on how to maintain my a/c in an effort to extend its life. Our central A/C unit went out last night after the hottest stretch of days in 10 years. The temp inside was higher than outside. I called at 10:50 this morning and Al was here by 11:15.
