With all praises due, I definitely made a good choice this time. From the ordering with Lindsay, table service by Mary Jane (the owner's mom,) and food expertly prepared by none other than Claire, the owner, everything was spot on! Making me feel like an honored guest at all times. I had the egg sandwich to eat, and man was it good! My complimentary the chef for also sending out a sampling of the grits bowl. It definitely had a kick. Buy it was oh so good. Oh, and my iced latte in oat milk was taste too. All in all I give this pop up restaurant an A++. And I can't wait to hear about the ramen pop up. One of my favorite foods when prepared just right. My stomach's growling just thinking about it. Thanks all for making my visit a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back.

The band was setting up but we left during warm up as we had a long drive home. The bartenders were great at their job and the place had a honky tonk friendly feel. Though the 3 people working were slammed, they were churning out orders quickly and efficiently, fighting off the rush one drink at a time. It took about 20ish minutes to get my coffee, but after getting my hot lavender latte with oat milk, it was worth the wait. It was a very quality cup, and it was just what I needed to start my day.
