On the rare occasion I have to cancel or reschedule, it is easy to do that from the app as well, or just call and someone will change it quickly. When you enter you are immediately greeted by someone and checked in. My appointment times have been true to booking, no delays, and sometimes I am seen earlier. Everywhere from reception to the individual rooms and restrooms are very clean, exactly what you want to see from a wax place. The wax quality here is the absolute best - I've had everything from my forehead down to my ankles waxed here without problems or skin irritations of any kind. The quality truly makes a different for the overall experience - having a painless face wax, bikini or Brazilian makes a world of a difference for those sensitive areas. And it goes without saying that the wax specialists here are fantastic - clearly experts at what they do with how seamless the appointments go.
