This cost me $17 to replace and took a little under two weeks to pick up. I paid up front. This is located close to downtown. I live nearby so walked, but there is some street parking around. I explained over and over again that I wanted to close the company's books Dec 31 and to please process the refund. The refund hit my account on Jan 3! The man who came to operate the truck was nice and helped me put the papers into his truck's bin for dumping into the shredder, but I had already put the bags and boxes of documents by the curb.
