Of the many options they had the best ideas and the qualified workmen. Mike Garst considered the project from every angle, brought in members of his team on 3 occasions to suggest approaches. When they opened the dry wall we found the supports were rotted & had to be replaced. They built a roof support, replaced damaged wood, added cement inside the walls higher than outside level to prevent leaks, then filled a beautiful solid cement floor and repaired the drywall. Better than good as new, this room boasts a superior foundation that gives me confidence. Every member of Mike's team is punctual, profesional, knowledgeable and courteous. When work was done, Mike came and, on his own account, adjusted the sticky sliding door so it moves smoothly. Mike's boss, Brian, also came several times to look over the project. I feel very fortunate to have had MASTERCRAFT take on this hugely complex project and bring a disaster to a happy ending. They explained options, patiently answered my questions and were courteous and pleasant throughout. The quality of their work is outstanding. I will absolutely hire them again - next project plumbing!

Charley came out a few days later and the rest is history. Charley's communication is top-notch. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and highly dependable. Not only did he get the project completed on time, we also stayed within my budget and the end result absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Charley, and thank you Mastercraft!!!

It was a big transformation, and we're thrilled with how everything came together. The spaces feel beautiful, open, cohesive, and so much more enjoyable to live in. Dan communicated with us honestly and clearly. He did a great job managing our expectations on timelines and issues that arose throughout the process. Dan has an extremely high level of integrity and he delivered on the project from bringing to end. Dan's crew was wonderful to work with, they were respectful and kept the work areas clean. They took a lot of pride in their work, and it shows in the finished result. It means a lot to walk into your home and love what you see. We feel incredibly lucky we chose Dan and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a remodel!

This full service contractor has done two jobs for me. First he remodeled a granny flat on my…read moreproperty and did an exceptional job on a budget. Worked fast and completed the project early because Dan knew I had a short deadline. After I saw how good he was, I hired him for a Second much bigger job that was a complete demo of my kitchen and full remodel, including cabinets, countertops, etc. The end result was better than I ever dreamed. Here's what makes Dmb stand out from the rest. Dan was refreshingly transparent and honest with ALL aspects of my project. No BS. Once into the project, he suggested a couple of changes from the original plan that greatly enhanced the final look of my kitchen. He also convinced me to change my countertop product to a less expensive material that would be easier to upkeep and still look great. Saved me several thousand dollars on that one! I liked communicating with Dan because he is first and foremost a professional, explains things clearly (sometimes over and over for me to fully comprehend), and is so patient and kind hearted. During the entire process, he often said he wanted me to be happy with the results of any decision I made and he would do whatever it took to make that happen. When I became anxious, he would patiently reiterate my choices and help guide me to what the final result would look like. That helped me make decisions that I ultimately loved. And his crew is fantastic. He has assembled a skilled team of guys who emulate many of the same caring characteristics that Dan possesses. His prices are reasonable--he's not cheap nor is he out of the ballpark expensive. He consistently maintained a cost conscious approach towards me as his customer. I highly recommend him for any outside or inside construction project--full service or smaller needs....Dan can do it all.

I originally planned to use a separate company for the insurance side and hire my own contractor,…read moresince restoration companies can be notorious for subpar work. After tons of research and 10 interviews, Coast to Coast was the obvious choice. Their in-house insurance specialist/project manager setup is a well-oiled machine. Casey blew me away with his experience and professionalism and handled insurance flawlessly. Bolo was an excellent PM, with quick communication throughout the project. I'm very particular about quality, and whenever I raised a concern, it was addressed quickly and properly. Minimal surprises, flexible throughout, and genuinely easy to work with. I'd absolutely use Coast to Coast again for their insurance expertise, reputation, and service.

Casey gave me a rundown of what needed to be completed and even caught some things others didn't which was absolutely crucial. He also handled my insurance company so I could get enough coverage for the work that needed to be done. The insurance was very resistant, but they finally caved thanks to Casey. David was the absolute best in overseeing my bathroom restoration. He communicates in a timely manner and is very thorough with his work. I was told I would need my vanity replaced but I wanted to keep the old vanity top. David went out of his way to find the exact dimensions so that there would be no fuss. There was trouble when I ordered the vanity from home depot, but David was able to find the exact same vanity for a similar price and really came through for us. He is also a very friendly and personable individual. I highly recommend working with David. Overall everyone in Coast to Coast Restoration was excellent to work with and though I hope nothing like this ever happens again, I will only be calling them if anything ever happens in the future.

We recently completed a major remodel with TNT Design and Build, and now that everything is…read morefinished, we're very happy with the result. The kitchen and primary bathroom were the biggest transformations, but the new staircase and tile work on the risers are probably what grab you first when you walk into the house. The quality of the finished work really shows. Austin was an excellent project manager and had a lot to coordinate on a pretty involved project across multiple trades. Tabo and others did excellent plumbing work, including some fairly complicated changes with our Brizo shower and bath fixtures. Armando and others handled the electrical work, including getting our Lutron Caseta lighting set up throughout the house. Ivan and Juan Carlos did beautiful, artistic tile and masonry work, including the fireplace, which is one of the highlights of the remodel. Dakota did expert fabrication and installation of our Taj Mahal quartzite and large-format porcelain slabs, and Damian and David built and stained a beautiful new staircase that completely changed the entrance to our home. The tile work, stairs, fireplace, plumbing, and stonework are all areas where the craftsmanship really stands out. Austin was always kind, patient, and positive, even when there were problems to work through. His personality is honestly tailor-made for project management, and he was good at pushing things in the right direction without creating unnecessary drama. There were a few points where things were moving slower than expected and I reached out to the owner to help grease the skids, which helped get things moving again. Austin was also very good about addressing things he knew bothered us, no matter how small. The biggest area for improvement was the schedule. The project took a bit longer than we expected, and for a project this involved, I think more realistic milestones and completion targets could have been established up front and updated along the way. There were stretches where we were guessing when certain things would actually be finished. My advice to anyone starting a large remodel would be to ask a lot of questions about the schedule at the beginning, get realistic milestones clearly defined, and then be patient. Having worked with other contractors in the past, we know some of this is just part of remodeling, and I think TNT managed it much better than others we've worked with before. That said, remodeling is ultimately about what you're left with when everyone is gone, and we're extremely happy with what TNT built for us. The workmanship made it worth the wait, and we would absolutely recommend them to someone who puts quality ahead of rushing through a job. I'd much prefer the former than the latter!

He came with a workman, Nazario, in a couple days who did the patches - expertly and even redid one that I hadn't noticed where the A/C company (a big name that I won't mention) did a bad job on. Benjamin then came two days later with a second workman, Santiago, who did the fogging on the patches. Benjamin was here in person for both days both at the beginning and at the end of the job. He is a good communicator. He said that no job is too small which is good to hear because we all have small fixes that need doing. He started as a handyman and now has his contractor's license, so he can do about anything. Both Santiago and Nazario did near perfect work as far as I can tell. I am more than pleased with their expertise, promptness, fair price, dependability, and communication skills.
