Walking up to the building, tunes from a live DJ filled the streets of the corner venue. This was to get the crowd hyped about fitness, I'm sure. This also set the tone of what to expect inside. My daughter and I entered and was immediately greeted by the owner Sunshine! ! Cute name right... and she was just that...full of Sunshine and with open arms greeted us with a big squeeze! I saw on Facebook that during the grand opening free classes were being offered throughout the day and night. Free fitness for all...oh yeah I was totally gamed. The center also customizes meals/sells meals for those that need a healthy meal after an intense workout. Better yet, meals are pre made and stored in a frig for purchase for you too. I'm sure this helps control impulses of buying bad fast food. Fit Bar has got you covered! They offer several diverse fitness classes from Zumba to sexy chair fitness to specialized boot camps. They even offer classes for children too! Like I said this place is live...all the way live!! Investing your time and cost into this small business I'm sure is worth it. If you're discouraged from the large gyms or even intimated by the super fit or lack there of but just feel a certain way at the mega fitness centers, well have no fear Fit Bar is here to alleviate all that anxiety. They welcome everyone and since the grand opening, I've heard of only good things and high spirits are definitely present here!! They have also been featured at community events and I've learned they are expanding the brand and venturing into other avenues. But I noticed the main platform is focusing on decreasing childhood obesity - awesome! ! Spirits are through the roof here and I can't stress that enough ! ! T-shirts are sold here too! I believe I caught glimpse of a child play area too. No child left behind :) I love it!! I'd definitely recommend you visit here and inquire more about the new facility. If you are interested in becoming active as an individual or as a family see what plans and discounts they offer. Have fun - be healthy and live awesome! !

So so so glad you guys are here and welcome to the neighborhood. The studio is brand new in a brand new shopping center. The studio itself isn't too spacious, however, with only one workout space and small check in section and storage area. So there may be some congregating before and after class but it'll thin out as the studio settles down. There's also active construction going on in the other retail spaces, which generally is drowned out by the music. If you're brand new like me, definitely take the intro class. I didn't even know how to lay down nor grab the straps before class but able to follow along the reformer flow class and felt confident to try flow 1.5 and cardio sculpt by the second week!
