Ive also noticed that they're now on social media, which I'm sire has helped bring in business for them. I went for the special which was the hot pastrami sandwich & I chose Caesar salad for my side. It came on a nice thick bread filled with a generous portion of meat. Really tasty & even though I didnt eat it right away the bread wasnt soggy. I'm really not a salad girlie, but decided that it was a good pairing for that sandwich. If you havent been into stillwells in years, definitely make it back there if you can.

Obviously the big draw at this popular bakery is their sticky treats, cream horns are in 2 sizes and decadent, Hubby loved their fruit tart and the apple slice. Larger cakes are available too. We stopped by for breakfast after dropping off a friend at OGG for an early flight as they were one of the few places open at that time. Hubbs chose the special Island Boy and enjoyed the spam, bacon, soft scrambled egg and French toast combo. Very filling. I opted for the fried egg sandwich with 2 eggs, mayo, cheese and tomato on Rye. I was a little disappointed as it didn't have too much taste of rye with soft bread. It definitely needed hot sauce to pep it up. However it was filling and cooked to order. They also do salads and sandwiches and sell coffee and Hawaiian salt too. We will definitely be back for sticky treats again.

The Char-Latte comes with in-house made dark salted caramel topped with a hit of local lava salt and is available hot or iced. Their iced version isn't your typical ice cube kind, but rather it's made with finely shaved ice from, you guessed it, Ululani's. Now, while I love Ululani's shave ice, I am not a big fan of using shave ice ice in my coffee. The ice melts way too fast and doesn't keep my drink cool for very long. Hence, the four stars. Regular ice cubes or even coffee ice cubes would be better, but it does the job and it's cheaper than other places at just under $6. They've improved quite a bit compared to when they first opened this location after having to close their Kihei shop for a while. I've watched as they quite literally were figuring things out as they went with the makings of the coffee, but they seem to have a better handle on everything now. If you want a bite to eat, they offer a handful of their greatest hits of baked goods like their banana and mango breads, scones, filled malasadas, cookies, and musubis. I recommend their filled malasadas (ube + lilikoi) and their mango/banana bread. Those are winners for sure.

Just make sure to go early, because they sell out fast. Aside from the roll cakes, they also have bentos, musubi, and sandwiches, so there's plenty to love here. I decided on a simple smoothie so I got the Keiki Smoothie with Banana, Strawberry and Apple Juice. I asked the waitress what sandwich is the most popular and she said the Turkey Pesto Melt and boy did that hit! It really was the BEST sandwich. It was on a crispy, flaky...and might I add...buttery croissant with thick slices of turkey, tomato, creamy pesto aioli and melted provolone! It came with some chips and dill pickle on the side. The only downside was the price-it was about $17 so I'm sure I'll treat myself once in a good while to this. My small smoothie was $8 but refreshing nonetheless. I love the vibes inside with hanging plants and art work throughout. There was someone doing remote work or school in the corner with her sleepy golden retriever next to her, a few locals outside and some visitors inside. The workers are friendly and I saw one clean the outside tables right away after a few parties left. A nice spot to hit up for some nice breakfast, lunch and a coffee with a friend.
