Then the carpet installers came and knocked out the remainder of our basement, and did an amazing job on the transition from carpet to gym flooring. Aaron is attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He called me back almost immediately and was at my house the very next day. He never tried to upsell me. He was respectful, honest, and immediately put me at ease. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and there were absolutely no surprises. The hardwood floors in my kitchen, dining room, and living room had not been touched in more than 15 years. With kids, pets, heavy traffic, spills, and everyday wear and tear, they were definitely showing their age. With Aaron and his crew's guidance, I chose a lighter stain that truly brightened the rooms, and the finished floors look incredible. His crew arrived on time, sanded and refinished the existing hardwood and did a beautiful job. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the new shoe molding was a great finishing touch. I was also extremely impressed with the care Aaron and his crew took to protect my home. They did extensive prep work to contain the dust, carefully blocked off the work areas, and used equipment designed to collect as much dust as possible. Before applying the final finish, they thoroughly cleaned everything, and when the job was complete, the crew did a great job cleaning up all the trash and debris.
