The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And they're open on Saturdays, which is great if you're working a standard 9to5. I've been to the office several times for a follow ups updates or just hoping that the documents were complete each time I would arrive. I would wait a very long time other clients would be in there being serviced, but for whatever reason, my son and I never would get serviced. I was told several times to come back and I did so with each time no service is being rendered now we're in the month of June. I had to go to the office and request my son's documents back now. His taxes are late now he has a penalty and I'm very frustrated with Gloria in business. It doesn't matter what you have going on personally at the office is open. The next person should be able to assist any client that comes in however that's not the case in this location and for this reason, I will not be back.
