Stopped by to get a live scan for a school employment opportunity. Was acknowledged as I walked in and received great service from front desk. Really appreciated how quick & easy the process was. AC blasting was the cherry on top with this heat. read more

Very terrible experience. Staff: lacks manners and basic communication skills, IQ arguably as low as room temperature. They never call back when they promise to call back. Big mistake running payroll through them. Valeria and the guy with the weird mustache have past aggressive attitude issues. Filed taxes with Nader, he's okay, but no one can get a hold of him it is like he doesn't work there or maybe he just doesn't want to get involved, sent multiple emails and no answer. I do not recommend this place. read more

Nader and his team are great! It's a pleasure to go in each year and have our taxes done. Nader is very knowledgeable and has a kind, patient way of explaining things so they are easy to understand. I've recommended OPF to friends and family and I'll recommended them to you as well. read more

super quick turn around time. i went in as a walk in on a weekday for a live scan and my employer received everything within the hour.

Made an appointment as I needed some help with some tax forms and had the pleasure to speak with Nader. Right from the beginning he was so friendly and helpful. He's extremely knowledged and gave me great feedback on all the questions I had. I definitely recommended you visit then for any tax needs. Super thankful I was able to find this place and give them a try. read more

This was my first time using a tax service as in prior years I was able to complete my taxes on my own since it was simple. This year, I decided to find someone to help me file my taxes since it was more complex. Looked at several places and ultimately chose to come here and worked with Nader. He was efficient yet thorough and detailed. He answered all of my many questions with patience and I appreciated his time. After the initial visit where I laid everything out, he worked quickly to start the return. I appreciate that he let me review the return and come back for a second visit to ask any remaining questions I had before we filed. His price was very fair. The ladies that work at the front to manage Nader's calendar were also very kind and professional. Although they were busy during tax time, everyone here was still friendly, warm and kind. Highly recommend coming here for your tax needs! read more

The most incredible tax service you can get AND reasonably priced!! Nader is the absolute best! He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and relatable. I knew that since we bought a home in 2023, we needed to seek expert tax advice. You better believe that I am thrilled with the service that Nader at One Place Financial provided. As long as this place stays in business, they have a new customer for life! You have to trust me...you want Nader to help with your taxes! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! read more

After almost a decade of delay and problems with my past-CPA, I came to One Place Financial after finding them on Google and Yelp. Being their first time client, OPF got everything done instantly from filling out the form to scanning documents. Nader was exceptionally helpful and quick to finish my tax return under 15 mins. (didn't think I'd file my tax return that fast, because my past CPA took 2-3 months to complete it). He also answered some of the questions I had about my next year tax return. Not only that, out of all the CPAs I went to: the pricing is far much lower to what I normally pay, annually. I highly recommend this place if you want to do a quick tax return. read more

Did the live scan fingerprinting for my employer here. Other life skin shops take your hand and press it on the scanning glass. I prefer the shop because they let me press my own hand against the scanning glass myself. I did a very nice job all by myself, thank you very much. Hint, use the hand sanitizer on the desk to moisture in your fingerprints before you press against the glass read more

I absolutely love this place. Been coming here for the last 2 years and always on the last day to do my taxes (sorry) and Nader Khouzam always makes room to squeeze me in. Best Tax Office! Been coming here for 4 years and love it. Nader is the man & is quick with everything. Receptionist are always so nice. Since Covid I been doing the virtual and it's so fast and your information is in a confidential folder. So confidential that it asked me questions that shocked me but of course I had a brain fart Lol Of course Nader came to the rescue. Always a busy man so call and make your appointment early. Never a disappointment here you will always come back every year! Thank You Nader read more

So I went to get my fingerprint done, but after 2 weeks I called back and said they sent it the wrong location and had to resubmit them again. I waited another month and the place that needed them never got them on their end and kept calling and said everything was fine and that nothing was wrong on one place financial end. I then went to another place to get them redone because I needed them done like a month ago and within 12 hours my fingerprints cleared and the company than needed them also said cleared. It was very frustrating having to go here and find out it was this place that messed up my fingerprints and the other place was able to do it and get it done. I will never be coming here again. read more

I am very impressed with 'One Place Financial. I am a DIY type of person and always try to figure things out myself, but after a year of paying outrageous prices for medical thru covered ca my sister told me to go and talk to Marilyn. I was so glad I did. She was able to help me save a fortune! And she is so kind, patient and hard working. There was no rushing or condescending attitude. Also, after years of completing our own tax return I decided I was through! Since I had such a good experience with Marilyn I decided to have Nader prepare my tax return. Although it was extra complicated this year because of complications with rental property in another state and retirement accounts, Nader was quick, competent and really reasonable. I was shocked when we we told that we had a refund! This will be where we come next year. Thanks read more

Now that Nader has joined One Place Financial their ability to offer services is even better. I have been with a national insurance chain for many years and was pleased with the service they provided but my rates kept going up every year. I make a habit of getting new quotes each time renewal comes around to be sure that I am getting the best deal possible. Since I have a mailbox at One Place Financial and I am there often I gave Nader a chance to quote my insurance needs. As an insurance broker he was able to surprise me with great quotes from well known companies. Knowing that he is very personable and respectful he had no problem earning my business. The service does not end with just getting my payment either. My mortgage company sent a notice that my home hazard insurance had expired. Nader took care of that right away and made it a no-hassle deal for me. A big thanks to Nader, Marilyn and Rosie for great friendly service. read more

I have been to One Place Financial for life scan and for his notary services but this is the first time I did my taxes with Nader, he did not disappoint! Very easy process when it comes to scheduling a appointment online and when I called to do a last minute time same day time adjustment he accommodated me! Nader was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable about the tax business and what benefits you the most, makes you feel very comfortable... not like those shady other places where you wait 6 hours and leave not knowing what just happened... he helps you along every step of the way and is very professional, he helped me so much with my return and made sure I got my maximum refund... Really amazing service. I called to make sure I could do a walk in and they were totally okay with it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of right away. Mr. Nader greeted me and then began doing my taxes. It wasn't awkward at all since he made small talk. Which is good cause most times it's just an awkward silence. Once he was done he explained to how my taxes were done and why I got what I got. Really impressive. He even turned the screen around to show me what was on his computer. He even asks you if you understand the process and he explains it very easily. I really loved this service and I'm definitely come back here ! By the way. They were really helpful. They let me use there computer to find my bank router. Amazing service. read more
