Very terrible experience. Staff: lacks manners and basic communication skills, IQ arguably as low as room temperature. They never call back when they promise to call back. Big mistake running payroll through them. Valeria and the guy with the weird mustache have past aggressive attitude issues. Filed taxes with Nader, he's okay, but no one can get a hold of him it is like he doesn't work there or maybe he just doesn't want to get involved, sent multiple emails and no answer. So I went to get my fingerprint done, but after 2 weeks I called back and said they sent it the wrong location and had to resubmit them again. I waited another month and the place that needed them never got them on their end and kept calling and said everything was fine and that nothing was wrong on one place financial end. I then went to another place to get them redone because I needed them done like a month ago and within 12 hours my fingerprints cleared and the company than needed them also said cleared. It was very frustrating having to go here and find out it was this place that messed up my fingerprints and the other place was able to do it and get it done.
