Both Covered CA agents were initially helpful when I needed to sign-up. However, after reaching out w/ questions & appointment requests (both pre & post Covid), they are nowhere to be found although they are very much at the location or have access to business phones. I recently reached out to both and both ignored my calls and follow-up text. During times that I did schedule appointments (Pre-covid), they were always late. The lack of interest on their end lets clients know how important our needs are. You will get nowhere with these folks. Approach at your own risk.
