This sister is very knowledgeable and explains step by step, the process of the "long form." Doris also has a F/T "day" job, so a lot of her appointments are booked for the evenings which is fine because I work during the day with a F/T employ. For years, I had a CPA that did services for me as well as other family members. However, H&R Block alerts you on a timely basis when to expect a refund (if any) and when the refund lands in your bank account. The service is good and I recommend it to others.
