Now, mold has started to grow on my constantly wet seats and throughout the entire cab. With a newborn baby, this is ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING. I can't even drive my child to the pediatrician since there's NO WAY I'm putting a carseat in a vehicle that is full of mold. I'm without a vehicle at this point because of the incompetence of this place. I'm absolutely devastated I put my trust in a business that clearly doesn't care about quality. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. PLEASE.

if i could give them zero stars i would. took 3 weeks to get my car in, then they had it for 3…read moreweeks before they caimed the frame was twisted and it was a total loss...took another 3 weeks to get my car. in that time they didnt even put the car parts back on the car and claimed they couldn't ("its like trying to put square pegs into a round hole due to the frame being twisted.") took the car to my mechanic and we put the parts back on in 1 hours time and the frame is totally straight...only issue is the part that goes around the front headlight, slightly bent. when i dropped off my car they said they would give me updates twice a week...they never called me once with an update. worst auto body shop ever...avoid this franchise, they are the worst!!! Just found out they removed my windshield washer fluid reservoir and didn't put the part back on the car or return it to me...as far as my knowledge they must give back all parts taken off the car...potentially illegal...nice driving in Michigan winter with no washer fluid....this place is a joke!!!

After finding out I lived right around the corner, he was willing to get me in and complete the repair before the job he had to go on in less than an hour and a half. I hurried to get everything straight with my insurance and met Dustin to have the repair completed. He was able to finish my repair, and a lot of other paperwork while waiting for mine to cure, in less than 40 minutes and was leaving to another job as I walked out the door. I really appreciate his willingness to work and taking time to help me when he could have been doing other things. Not too often do I receive excellent customer service with a smile. I scheduled an appointment with Safelite to replace my windshield (at my home) on a Tuesday, they…read moregave me a window of 1-6! So at 4:00 I call to see what the status of my service call was. So after going through there automated process for an excessive amount of time then speaking with a representative. I was advised that they had no record of my service call. I asked to speak with a supervisor which also took an inordinate amount of f time! The supervisor informed me that somehow, someway my service had been canceled!!! The supervisor then scheduled my service for the upcoming Saturday again from 1-6. To make up for mistakes she offered to give me the $75.00 wiper blades for free to make up for my inconvenience. The technician arrived around 4:00 and did an Outstanding Job. Unfortunately he advised me that my vehicles wiperblades were specific to the manufacturer and what he had just would not work. He commented that he would advise the shop to see if they could compensate me in some other way. Suff8ce it to say I have reached to them and of course have had no communication from Safelite!!! After repeated attempts I finally reached a Safelite representative. They tried to reach their local store and wasn't able to. She told me that she would be sending an email to the store. We'll it's been almost two weeks and not a peep from Safelite!!! The commercials are nice/cute their customer service not so much!!! UPDATE: The response received from Customer Service is to call them and go back in to the Vortex of their phone system and website as opposed to contacting me directly.
