    Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Lauren Hirshowitz. She never stopped trying to get me a great deal. Timing in the beginning was off but after we got to the finish line. Professionalism, friendly, approachable. She is nothing short of an asset to rye Subaru. I will be more than happy to give her future and all potential business.

    My shiny new crosstrek

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rye Subaru !!! Lauren Hirshowitz makes finding your new wheels easy and fun! I picked up my shiny new crosstrek today and really everyone at this dealership David the the sales Manager and Craig who dealt with the business end of things also really did their best to make sure we were covered and got the best deals ! Also Subaru donated $300 to meals on wheels (my choice) Lauren really makes a point that she is there for any follow-up - all in all I could not be happier !

    I want to share my recent experience with Nissan City of Port Chester to warn others considering…read moremaking a purchase there. I was looking forward to buying a vehicle and made it clear what I wanted included in the price. However, I encountered a classic bait-and-switch tactic from the sales rep from hell ''Julio Ceballos" that was incredibly frustrating. Despite being told that everything I asked for would be part of the total price, this was not honored. I was prepared to pay $62,000 in full and in cash, and when it came time to finalize the deal, I found that many promised inclusions were mysteriously left out. when I asked for a meeting with the V.P. of Nissan city Mr. Isaac Weiner sat with me and had a discussion and called in 'Julio Ceballos to asked about his conversation on our sale he lied about the whole thing and walked out of the meeting with a smirk on his face. Julio Ceballos is the king of bait-and-switch tactic to make a sale. the only good part of this dealership is at least Mr. Weiner kept his word and met with me. Stay away from this Place. I urge anyone thinking about buying a car from this dealership to think twice and explore other options. Stay away from this dealership at all costs! Best regards, Jose Posadas

    I am writing this review so that everyone knows the type of service Nissan City delivers. I had…read morebeen with them for 9 years. I thought the sales team was top notch. I leased 3 cars from them and I was very happy. However, the dealership no longer feels the customer comes first. I bought the Ariya and I also purchased the wear and tear protection. Three years later I returned the car, tried to file a claim for the wear and tear, and found out the paperwork was never processed. I am getting the run around with credit manager and everyone else. Every time I called they don't seem to be able to find him. He's probably standing in front of them. The dishonesty is unreal. The cost for excess wear and use is $226.45. I should not have to pay as it clearly states on the lease agreement that the excess wear and tear protection was purchase in the amount of $650 but since the paperwork was never put through the warranty department does not have a record that it was purchased. So now, it seems that I will have to pay out of pocket for something that I purchased. My lease agreement would have terminated the end of June but I couldn't wait to get out of it. I decided to end the lease early and bought the Toyota RAV 4. I love it and so glad I ended my relationship with Nissan. I have a better relationship with the Toyota sales person. He was able to lower my insurance premium. I am paying less than $300 each month because he took the time to see how my insurance could be lower. That is what we need to look for in a salesperson besides just selling cars for a commission. Please stay away from this dealership. They are dishonest and not trustworthy. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. I'm writing a review on all the review platforms so that prospective buyers are warned about this dealership.
