After filling out the paperwork with Matt, we were introduced to the closer, Amy, who handled the final paperwork. Again, without any hard sell, she presented some additional products that we might want to purchase. In all it was a very pleasant experience. I would heartily recommend Sam Levan Ford of Bloomington IL.

I purchased a new Bronco from Sam Leman Ford in Bloomington, IL on May 27, 2026. At the time of…read morepurchase, I was told all of my paperwork would be emailed to me. More than 30 days later, despite two phone calls, leaving messages expecting return calls and two emails requesting the documents, I still have not received them. This level of follow up is unacceptable. Once the sale was complete, customer service seemed to disappear. Providing customers with their purchase paperwork is a basic responsibility, and I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the dealership to get documents that should have been sent weeks ago. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

I must say, this team knows how to put the customer first…read more I should begin by saying that we love Hyundai vehicles. Our last 4 have been Hyundais (2 Sonata and 2 Santa Fe). I say this to explain that we love the company. Now let me explain why we love this dealer. First, and foremost, their service department is the best we have ever dealt with. They actively work to build a rapport and relationship with each owner, and do what they can to make the experience satisfactory. Even if you don't buy a vehicle from them, take it to them to be serviced! Now, their sales team. As I said, we've had 4 Hyundais, but only the last two have been purchased from them. Our first was not purchased due to a less than satisfactory experience with a salesperson that was not customer-centric. The second was because they did not have the specific used vehicle we wanted. Our last two vehicles, however, have been the most painless purchases we have ever made. Not only did they offer several options as far as vehicles, but the negotiation process with both vehicles was without all of the "let me check for one more discount" back-and-forth that happens at some dealers. You can quickly get them to the "This is the payment amount we want per month" and they will do everything in their power to get it there. As long as Hyundai keeps making vehicles that we are happy with, we will continue to use Extreme.

He has yet to call us back. I have reached out since via phone and email. All I want is for someone to listen to me and help me. I have been nice. I have been respectful. I have not found one helpful person within this company. I do not know what else to do at this point.
