I just lVE when the employee's greet me as I walk in. I feel as if they are waiting just for me. I browse for a few minutes, have my hands full with items to try on and I'm approached by Dana who was eager to help me with my shopping experience. So many styles, sizes and colors to choose from. She showed me all the sales, the mark down racks and most important she set me up in a fitting room to try on all my items. Dana even ask if I was doing okay or if I needed any other sizes. I was indeed of an additional size that the store did not carry. I paid for the item and Dana said the correct size and color woukd be shipped to me. Also she mentioned that I would receive an email after the item was shipped. I received my order to the date that was stated. Then she printed the receipt for the items I purchased in house and showed me how to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card and a survey to complete about your visit. Kudos to the Manger and owner for providing and understanding how customer works. What a great experience again!

This one is located in a more outdoor mall. By that I mean, walking to and from stores is all outside and not enclosed with a building like a traditional mall. So some store fronts are obvious and others not so much especially with sun glare so I recommend using the directory located in main entrance area. You maybe walking in circles otherwise. The prices are slightly, and I mean 1-3 dollars cheaper, on most items than other stores and online stores. They carry a good selection of brands, sizes and they always have a good clearance section. The service really depends on who is working. First time I went in, the young lady was very helpful, knowledgeable of what they carried in store, what brands were doing such as coming out with new styles, or discontinuing items. She helped me with selection of pants and tops, as my favorite ones are no longer available, so I had to figure out what other brands and styles I liked. Next time I went in, two young girls probably around early college age, did not even care I was in the store. They greeted me, and only spoke once I took my items to the register. Luckily I had great service my previous visit so I knew exactly what I was looking for. They preferred to stay behind the counter folding clothing, which is odd since everything is on hangers, and gossip with one another. I also have been to the one at Mills Mall, and I had great service there when trying new scrub pants so with any business you'll have great employees and some not so great. Overall, I would recommend them as a place to look for scrubs especially since they also carried a lot of the newer styles of tops, vests, and jackets. Downside they don't have an online store, that I found, so when in store didn't have my size I wasn't able to purchase, so I had to either wait for them to be in stock, or drive to another store that did. I would give a 5 star but I did have a not so great service experience and I really wish they had an online store so you don't have to drive around or wait for items, epically since I really needed multiple pairs as I had no current pants that fit my any longer.
