I went back 2 days later for a teeth cleaning, since it had been 2 years. The hygienist was so kind and gentle and did an amazing job. There was no shame or judgement since it had been so long. This was the most positive, least painful experience I've had in my 46 years of life. You have an awesome team there and I'm so thankful I don't have to be nervous about finding a dentist here now. Special thanks to Arlene for her patience and tender care doing my cleaning. You're the best! Side note: bring a blanket if you're always cold like me lol. That was my only "issue ". :)

Previously I had been using a chain dentist, that was "in network" and had been given a treatment plan that was going to cost thousands of dollars. So my 4-star review is limited to those 2 individuals. I cannot say the same for other staff members. While my hygienist has never had a problem with that request, she refused to do it and it was a more than 30-minute process to get her to understand. She even moved me to another room and caused my appointment to be moved to after another client because of this. One other issue which anyone might want to consider is cost. I believe they are higher but they cannot charge more than my insurance will allow. So, if you do not have insurance you might want to compare prices.
