He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. This was especially important as we were buying from out of state with the intention of moving to Austin soon. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!

He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home's value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller's agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

She is THE real estate agent for individuals and families searching for just the right home to meet their needs. Sherry came recommended to me by one of my dear friends. Though this friend had not needed a real estate agent in many years and knew of Sherry only through neighbors, she watched Sherry sell her neighbor's homes quickly, some within three days. Some of these houses sat for months on the market before Sherry came along. I knew the moment of our initial meeting that Sherry was the perfect fit for me. Sherry is remarkable in every aspect. Meeting the first time Sherry beamed with pride, confidence, professionalism, and listened patiently and attentively to me. Sherry provided wise insight and without bias to the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing an existing home or build a new home. As we looked at houses, she was candid and objective about existing houses as well as new construction. And a key point, Sherry kept me within my price range and never once ventured outside of it. Deciding to build a new house Sherry remained by my side from original purchase agreement. Further, Sherry is a master at contract negotiations and considers absolutely everything. The Builder's Sales Representative genuinely appreciated Sherry's expertise and experience, as did I. Sherry quickly responded to emails, texts and telephone calls. Her attentiveness caused me to feel, as if I was her number one priority. She is highly personable with an engaging personality. When asked for referrals of window treatments and an honest, reliable handyman, Sherry provided names and contact information. Every referral has been spot on with experience, dependability and trustworthiness. I am pleased to recommend Sherry Hindmarsh to anyone and everyone looking for a real estate agent whom you can count to do what she says she will do, that is, have YOUR best interest at the pinnacle of your home sale or purchase. With appreciation to Sherry Hindmarsh, Linda
