We started our conversation with Scott very early; he came to our house talked through the market, interest rates, factors impacting the market, did a quick walkthrough and made recommendations on fixes, adjustments, changes we could make, really arming us with the knowledge on what it would take to sell our house. I was introduced to Scott via my brother who used Scott as his realtor. I met him while we went to go see my brother's new house.
