The customer service is horrible , no letters in the mail , no updates , the back end not updating paperwork put in and the tellers being rude . I closed my account with them and will be banking with someone else for my child's savings. I get a bank statement from them every month saying what I deposited in my account and the divendends collected . SCU is so frustrating to deal with especially their customer service and employees not updating paperwork in the system. Such a disgrace when I've been banking with them for over 10 years!
