Quality: Fulford homes use contractors to complete the jobs and does not hold standard or accountability to the works performed. Even when I question the quality of wood they use in structure support, the project manager gave me a complete lie: I question about wood knots and split in the support poles. Project manager told me knots strengthen the wood. If you google, you will find out that knots in wood weaken the strength in building structure. Do not trust a single word project manager says. Value: Any thing you ask, prepare to be told as upgrade. it has been a nightmare.
