I told her what I was facing and she recommended that I come in for an IV nutrition. This was just what the doctor ordered (pun intended). I immediately felt better after receiving the IV and I did not cramp at all on my ride the next day as I finished strong and felt that I could have ridden more miles. Would I do it again?
