We've been seeing Dr. M (as many call him) for all routine appointments and additionally, we're always able to get in quickly when my son is sick. The office is always clean, they have separate waiting areas for sick/not sick, the staff is friendly and responsive, and they usually have an on-call physician on Saturdays as well. Dr. M is thorough, kind, not patronizing, and very good with my child. There have been times when we needed to follow-up after my child was seen in-office to further determine course of action based on the development (or non-development) of symptoms, and Dr. M will call me himself to discuss. I really appreciate that.

He and the staff were kind, friendly and professional with baby and us. Dr answered all our questions and explained with details everything. So far so good and we are going to stop looking. Im give an other chance though because we loved the way the Dr and staff treat our son.

Instead, what he said was that he did not need to see our child again since he felt comfortable that he saw the baby the day before. Glad to know he cares more about money and his time than the health of his patients.

He would charge me even though it is a regular visit, same notes been taken, have the best insurance but he still charged me. I had enough so I called my insurance and they said a regular well child check visit shouldn't cost anything as it is a preventive medicine and cannot be charged BUT, what Dr. Abraham does? And this is from his office staff!! He puts in the notes an extra code that of course never been discussed and then it's like an office visit and not a well child check visit. Every visit was the same thing (same notes been taken but you never sign the notes so you have no control on what he puts there AFTER your visit) until I had enough paying him every regular well child visit and decided to leave him as the payment started to be too much for nothing. I really can't recommend him. Spoke with his office about it to try and find a solution but they told me that this is something he is known of doing and they are sorry. The staff is nice and I appreciate them telling it to me and helping me to find a better doctor that runs a better business out of young families.

I hate leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. Over the course of…read morenearly a year, I repeatedly brought up the same painful issue in my mouth that never resolved. I was prescribed medication that was ineffective, and after I reported that it wasn't helping, I still felt my concerns were dismissed rather than investigated further. What frustrated me most was the lack of guidance. When I asked about medications, treatment options, or what he recommended, the response was often, "It's up to you," without much discussion or medical direction. I understand patients should be involved in their care, but I was looking for professional recommendations and felt like I had to do most of the research myself. I also discussed ongoing issues I was experiencing after my medication manufacturer changed. I explained that the medication was no longer working well for me and shared my concerns, but they were largely dismissed. Instead of helping me explore options or discussing possible alternatives, I was left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously. Because my mouth issue continued for so long, I eventually sought care on my own from both a dentist and another medical provider. I learned that persistent mouth lesions can sometimes be a sign of a serious condition, including oral cancer, and that they should be evaluated rather than dismissed. Both providers were surprised that my symptoms had continued for so long without additional workup or referral. I am now having to pay additional money out of pocket from another provider and undergo further evaluation, including a biopsy, and I sincerely hope everything turns out not to be worse. Looking back, what concerns me most is that this issue persisted for nearly a year without anyone suggesting I come into the office for a closer examination or referring me to the appropriate specialist. I reached out through email when it had gotten too painful & only then was I referred to a specialist that was not even the correct type of specialist so I had to research myself. When I mentioned on my next visit how I felt dismissed, I was simply told that the issue couldn't be addressed virtually, but no one suggested scheduling an in-person evaluation or be referred to a specialist. Had that happened earlier, I may have gotten answers much sooner. What makes this even more frustrating is that I pay out of pocket for every monthly appointment. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect my concerns to be taken seriously, investigated when appropriate, and for my physician to provide medical guidance rather than leaving me to figure everything out on my own. Every patient deserves to feel heard. Unfortunately, I consistently left appointments feeling dismissed and unsupported. I hope this feedback encourages a more thorough and compassionate approach to patients with ongoing concerns. Also, my 5 minute visits always felt like an inconvenience especially the last visit as he preceded to huff like I was taking up too much of his time.

I walked away from this practice 10 months ago and have never been happier. The doctors (Dr…read more Burton, Heidi Hall) and nurses (Willa) here are the reason my 2 yr old ended up in Dallas Children's with a 30% chance of survival. She was brought in to ABC on day 3 of a fever, tested positive for an infection, and Heidi Hall did not communicate any results to us. When we called ABC on day 5 saying our daughter was worse, Willa verbatim told us that "Heidi was too busy" to answer our questions. The night our daughter went into sepsis, we could not reach anyone at ABC to help us. The nurse triage line could not get in contact with any doctors. When Dallas ER needed her test results to treat her, they were unable to reach anyone that would respond at ABC, and this was during open hours on a week day. I was told by Nancy and Brianna that Dr. Burton was "too busy" to read a test result. I was again surprised at the lack of response, thinking ABC would now see the severity of the situation and help. Heidi and Willa never communicated test results or bothered to speak with us. Dr. Burton could not be reached on the triage line and didn't respond to the ER doctor. Pepper couldn't be bothered to read notes from the ER visit to review with us during the follow up. Each of these providers told us to trust them with the care of our child, and they made the choice to be negligent. This practice is broken, providers take shortcuts and sacrifice good quality care for its parents and patients at any cost. I share this now in hopes no other parent has to hear their child may not live past the night or see their child suffer because of the negligence of these providers. I encourage you to look elsewhere if you are considering them or if your experience here has not been what you hope it is as a parent, choose to make the effort to find a new provider versus hope things will get better. I kept saying "oh the next appt will be less rushed" or "it must have just been a bad day" and continued to make excuses. Don't make the same mistake we did trusting this practice with our child's care.
