I've been a patient for YEARS and only managed to see Dr. Lafsky in office ONCE due to repeated scheduling errors on their end. The final straw was after being denied a scheduled appt. With Dr. Lafsky by Nancy the office manager. All bc I missed an appointment while I was in the hospital with SEPSIS. Instead of telling the doctor I was there she sat me and my MOTHER down for 45min to lecture us about missing appointments. I even called from my potential deathbed to cancel and i saw Dr. Lafsky while in hospital!! Later that weekend, I retroactively received an invite from the receptionist Sam to an entirely different appointment the previous month that I did not make nor was I ever informed of. Clearly trying to clean up a screw up. So, after trying to schedule an over due Endo and colonoscopy for 3 years with this office, I finally gave up and found a new GI. I came in as a new patient, had my first appointment, and both procedures scheduled and performed in less than 2 weeks. If you are having issues with this office, it's them not you, just run.
