Girlfriend has a newer GMC Denali with warranty. She went in for an oil change and to get her check engine light cleared. They told her that the check engine light was on because she filled her car up while it was running (pretty common in our climate). They charged her $150 for this guy to clear a check engine light with the warranty. So essentially every time she fills her car up now with it running, she will have to pay $150 to get it cleared. One would think, that because this is a manufacturer defect, it would be covered under the warranty OR they would recall these vehicles to make that right. BBB will be notified, cooperate as well. This problem needs to be fixed. The manager working there was no help at all. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES OR SERVICE THEM FROM THIS PLACE read more
