Horrible, greedy people! We took our generator, which wasn't working in, that was just a year old…read moreand had been used very minimal (still under warranty) in to see what was wrong. Four days later we get a call to pick it up. When we go in they have a charge of $135 plus dollars for an oil change and carb clean!!! Honda didn't even give us a curtesy call to tell us what was wrong with it, or to ask if we wanted to go ahead and get this work done. This is something we are more than capable of doing on our own. After speaking With the obviously very greedy owner and explaining this, he told me that the charge was minimal. My reply was this...this charge may be "minimal" to you....but it's not "minimal" to us, after just losing our only source of income (job loss) with five kids at home to feed and support on our OWN. He just looked at me like he wanted to get back into his convo with his two workers all sitting there. Made me sick to my stomach the lack of empathy or concern except for being greedy and getting his $125 shop rate fee that we would have been more than happy to do on our own and simply pay a diagnostic fee. GREED.

Newer store that is much larger than the old one…read more Unfortunately, it's also become less personable & cold with the changes. The building is open, clean & well-organized. It's also kind of like going into a ghost town. The new location should draw more traffic, yet, somehow it seems the opposite. We've actually opted to head to Bismarck or Alexandria instead on many occasions as we liked the service better in those locations. There's potential tho, so, we're still hopeful.

Upon my arrival I was pleased to see a moderately used Trek set up for my rental. The bike mechanic quickly installed my pedals and off I went. I put some significant miles on the bike, riding 1 1/2 - 2 hours each day. The bike performed flawlessly. The rental fee was very reasonable. While I didn't purchase anything else, the shop has an extensive selection of Specialized & Schwinn bike. Check 'em out.

Bought site on seen though I new very little about the machine. I was rushed. Had tons of questions but felt very rushed and only a very few were answered. Thank god my friends own Hondas. They answered all my questions. They were great on taking my money but not very good at customer service in my opinion.
